RENTAL RATES AND FEES: All quoted Rental Rates are for rental groups of up to 14 persons (counting all adults, children, and infants). For rental groups in excess of 14 persons, there is a per person charge of $70 per person per night applicable to guests 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 for each night of the reservation. For example, if the rental rate is $1500 per night with a 4-night minimum then a group of 16 persons would have a rental rate of $6000 for the first 14 guests plus $280 for the 15th guest and $280 for the 16th guest for a total rental of $6560 + taxes.. NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE: $495/DOG; ALL PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED AND FEE RECEIVED.
