Situated in Flagstaff, this attractive house for $682 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. House, 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 14) AND fully fenced backyard - Plus 3 air conditioning units Come enjoy our home with your family! The FARMHOUSE on Adrianne is a gorgeous completely renovated home of over 3300 square feet with an additional 1300 usable exterior square feet of patio areas looking upon beautiful Mount Elden. The backyard is fully fenced for the safety of your children and pets and because we are in a cul-de-sac there is very little traffic. People love to use our home because of the quiet and relaxing nature of our neighborhood where you can unwind with family & friends. We DO NOT allow loud parties or events. If you are looking for a comfortable luxurious place to be your base while exploring the vast legendary area of Northern Arizona or you just wish to relax with a cold drink on the patio's, this home is ideal for you. With 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths (all bathrooms are completely remodeled as of November 2021), this home sleeps 8 (4 couples) comfortably with your own bedrooms. In November 2017, we added 6 custom bunk beds in the loft area with 4 school lockers for the kids to keep their clothes and 3 large bean bag chairs. This area is quite the hit with the kids and for extra adults. In May of 2018, we added three additional outside patio areas, one with artificial turf, for your outdoor relaxing and family gatherings. The master bedroom has a king Tempur-Pedic® bed and all other bedrooms have upgraded queen size beds. Located in the middle of town and at the base of Mount Elden, our house is in a cul-de-sac and is 30 seconds to the hundreds of hiking trails on Mount Elden. You'll find yourself delightfully cool in the summer as our elevation in Flagstaff is 7000 feet. Fun activities include Flagstaff's amazing hiking & biking as well as skiing and snowboarding at the AZ Snowbowl, Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon with prestigious hiking, site seeing and shopping, as well as shopping, & dining in Downtown Flagstaff. NAU (Northern AZ University) is close for those who want to tour the University, Bearizona & Out-Of-Africa are less than an hour away and great fun for adults and kids. Believe it or not, Arizona has very good wineries just 45 minutes away and Flagstaff is known for some of the best beer breweries around. Lake Powell and Rainbow Bridge is a must see and The Grand Canyon is one of the 7 wonders of the World. Stay once and you will understand why it's a wonderful family getaway with many options. Our family of 4 adults and two children and 2 dogs stayed here for 4 nights. We celebrated Thanksgiving a week early. The house had everything we needed to cook our meals. We cooked almost all of our meals here. Everyone had their own place to sleep. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The backyard is completely fenced in for dogs. Many vacation rentals we have stayed in say they have a fenced in yard only to find gaps where our small dogs can escape but this yard is truly escape proof. The spa was clean and heated.
I would highly recommend this home.

Absolutely stunning property. We had the best time ever! All the beds are so comfortable and the house is amazing to look at. Definitely recommend for big families and gatherings.

We had a great stay at the Farmhouse while in Flagstaff for a wedding. Great home for family and friends. Great outdoor and indoor entertainment space. Be prepared to climb some steps as the home is well above street level.
We would stay here again.

This is a beautiful home nestled in the pines, with all the amenities that make a vacation feel relaxing. The kitchen was well-stocked for preparing meals, the backyard was filled with comfortable seating to enjoy supper outside, or to sit and star-gaze. The kids loved the bunk bed set up on the top floor, and the master suite upstairs was delightful. There’s a lovely tub with a TV above it! You can watch your favorite movie while soaking in the suds. It was a truly wonderful vacation!

Velvet’s home was spotless upon arrival. There is plenty of room for the whole family and the beds are comfortable. The house is well stocked and has a great outdoor area. We did have a/c trouble one night, but they were able to get someone out to repair it quickly.

The house was amazing! It easily fit out family of 11. Great location to go see the Grand Canyon and relax when you get home. The 3 boys (9yr & 2 x 12yr) were bidding for the top bunk bed. We played card or dominoes every night. If we weren’t playing cards we were in the Hot Tub. Kitchen is well stocked and even had sharp knife’s.

We couldn't have found a better home for our Arizona Vacation. Everything about the listing of this home is 100% accurate. The location to Grand Canyon, Painted Desert and Sedona was perfect. Flagstaff has everything you need to see and do as well. The customer service and welcoming spirit of Flagstaff was noticed.

Perfect home for large groups to stay comfortably. The house is perfectly appointed with a large family room and loft area, as well as plenty of space for a large family gathering to hang out, play games and share meals together. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware and every accessory in between. The decor was incredible and added to the relaxing vibe. There were 10 of us plus 6 well behaved dogs. The area is absolutely beautiful as well, situated just at the base of the mountains with great views!

The Gardiner's Flagstaff farmhouse has every amenity you could wish for and is conveniently located near the Snowbowl ski resort and downtown Flagstaff. The beds were comfortable, the open floorplan allowed for great interaction with fellow guests, and the kitchen is a gourmet's dream. The Gardiners left no detail unattended in their renovation of the property with the effect being a cozy, rustic yet modern interior. I would gladly revisit the property and highly recommend it to all visitors of the Flagstaff area.

This house was perfect for our family. The kids had a ball in their space in the loft area. We also brought our small dog with us and the completely fenced in lot was the best!. The house was decorated for Christmas which also added to the holiday feel! I would highly recommend this house for your stay and we will definitely be staying here in the future.

This is a great property for a family who wants to explore the Grand Canyon. I recommend getting to the home during daylight hours as the entrance is challenging in the dark. It was a great place for our family. Well done.

Great rental spot in Flagstaff while in town for the North Pole experience w our kiddos. Haven’t stayed at many other places in Flagstaff but can see why this is the #1 rental in the area. Super cool home that had everything we needed. Great location, quiet neighborhood and all you need in a home for a nice, relaxing, family friendly stay. Kudos to Velvet and Jeff for maintaining an awesome rental. We’ll be back.

This is a beautiful home that is well appointed with everything you may need to make your stay more comfortable. The industrial farmhouse decor is outstanding. Although it was just two of this time, we hope to visit again with family since it is set up for family. The kitchen is spectacular and everything you will need or think you may need is at your fingertips. The backyard and patio each have many enjoyable options. From the Hot tub (which we didn't get a chance to use) to BBQ area and more. They are truly dog friendly and provide a clean up station, bowls and beds if needed. They have a trailhead w/access right across the cul-de-sac and takes your right out the forest at the foot of Mt. Elden great hike with our dog. Thank you for being such a gracious host. Hope to be back again.

The check process was easy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse! Would definitely stay again if vacationing in Flagstaff. The host family were wonderful to deal with and loved the outdoor seating areas. The home was spacious, comfortable and felt like home. We celebrated our anniversary with the kids and grandkids. Great neighborhood and location. Tried several of the local restaurants suggested by the host and all were good!

Outstanding Weekend
This property is just as pictured, and is stocked with everything you may need. The updated bathrooms are very nice, and there was plenty of space for our whole family to be comfortable. The hiking trails right off of the property were beautiful, and it was wonderful to relax in the outdoor space each night.
