The biggest advantage of this apartment is definitely its location. The area is absolutely lovely, and you're only about 4 minutes on foot from Petite France and 6 minutes from Strasbourg Cathedral. For the price, it's difficult to find a better balance between affordability and such a central location. Communication with the owners was also pleasant and straightforward.
I think future guests should have a clearer picture of what to expect. The photos are somewhat accurate, but I don't feel they fully reflect the actual condition of the apartment. There are large, noticeable cracks in the walls and ceilings throughout the property, which aren't immediately apparent from the listing.
The space itself is very small, although that's something I generally expect from accommodation in France, especially in historic city centres. However, some practical issues made the stay less comfortable.
The shower has extremely limited headroom, meaning anyone taller than approximately 1.70 m will need to hunch over to use it. The bathroom door doesn't close completely, offering very little privacy. Sound insulation is also practically nonexistent: you can hear everything from someone sleeping downstairs, and they can clearly hear you using the bathroom upstairs.
The sofa is another significant drawback. It's visibly worn out, with uneven surfaces, bumps and sagging sections. In my opinion, it's no longer suitable to be used as a bed, as sleeping on it was quite uncomfortable.
Despite these issues, I would still recommend the apartment, particularly to travellers prioritising location and affordability over comfort. My 7/10 rating reflects the excellent location and good value for money, rather than the condition or comfort of the accommodation. I simply believe guests should know exactly what they're booking so they can make an informed decision and arrive with realistic expectations.

The location is fantastic. Right in the middle of everything that is going on. The price is very good for the accommodation and what it includes.The kitchen had excellent appliances.
The stairs to the lift were ok for us but would not be deemed accessible. The bathroom is small and needs better lighting. The shower curtain is too long.

La posizione, vicinissimo alla Cattedrale ( 4 minuti) a tutte le zone centrali e a 10 minuti dalla stazione dei treni. La lavastoviglie ( visto che ho soggiornato 10 giorni?
Rapporto qualità/ prezzo molto negativo; la pulizia, polvere ovunque soprattutto sui battiscopa; il lavandino del bagno otturato e, nonostante io abbia mandato 2 messaggi all host e un messaggio a booking, non ho mai ricevuto risposta; il tappeto in soggiorno sporco,il parquet nel soggiorno, entra aria fredda dal pavimento. Per finire l ' ingresso del palazzo sporchissimo con secchi della spazzatura a vista e non sempre vengono a ritirare i sacchetti tanto da lasciarli a terra per giorni quando i secchi sono pieni
