Nestled in Ocean City, this attractive condo for $238 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This beautiful, first floor, well maintained & clean beach home is a newer raised style with carport built in 1996. Third house south of 26th St. on Asbury Ave. It has an open kitchen/living room, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 4 flat screen TVs, enclosed lighted outside shower, front and rear covered porches with cushion furniture, and locked storage room for bikes and beach gear. Sleeps 9. Beds are: 1 split King, 3 twins (including trundle), 1 full, 1 queen sofabed. Streaming TV service, Wireless internet, 2 DVDs, Blu-Ray, a VCR, carport. Well equipped kitchen. Recent upgrades include: 2021: new deck cushions; 2020: new Bosch sanitizing dishwasher, 4K 43" smart TV in 3rd BR. Other highlights include: split King bed in master bedroom; 55" 4K TV, dining table; stainless steel french door refrigerator, enclosed outside lighted fiberglass shower and vinyl railings on all decks/stairs, both bathrooms have newer tile floors, granite vanity tops, faucets and light fixtures. It's a short 2.5 block, 3 minute walk to the beach (guarded in season). Great location for bicycles - just 1.5 short blocks to the bike path on Haven Ave, or to the boardwalk's south entrance at 23rd St. This house is at 26th street. The widest part of the boardwalk with the shops and rides is between 6th and 14th streets. Bed and bath linens are not provided; remember to bring your own (or rent separately from a service). There are electronic door locks so there's no need to carry a key to the beach! I can remote program a personal 4 digit code you desire. Rentals are Saturday 2pm to Saturday 10am from June thru Sept. Several internet streaming services are included, but no live TV channels. The entrance door is on the north side of the building, in the stairwell. Room layout: * Master has 1 split King bed, TV/DVD, full bath, rear deck * 2nd bedroom has 1 Double bed, 1 twin bed (trundle pulls out from under the double), TV/BlueRay * 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds, TV * Living room has 1 Queen sleeper sofa NO senior week or spring break groups. NO pets. NO smoking on the property. The Rental Agreement is acknowledged and accepted electronically within the booking process. The 2023 season weekly rates are NOT yet posted. This is a nice place with easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with gear for making meals "at home". The one bathroom has a tub for washing the little kids. Overall, I would recommend this place and hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Great location! Close to Uncle Bill’s Pancake House. Short walk to the beach and short drive to all the shops. House was exactly as described. Street had a nice neighborhood feel.

This home was very accommodating and the owner was easy to work with! Plenty of room - lovely quiet neighborhood close to the beach / boardwalk and great restaurants! My entire group enjoyed our stay down the Jersey shore!

We had a wonderful time! The location was great and I especially enjoyed the front porch with lots of comfortable seating. I also liked having the balcony in the back of the master bedroom for laying out wet bathing suits and towels. The outdoor shower was so convenient and had plenty of hot water. There was also plenty of storage room in the garage.

We had a lovely stay here. Accurately described and surprisingly spacious. Love the keyless entry and storage space for beach gear. Had all the amenities we needed. Super short walk to the beach and walkable to Dots pastry shop- a must! Would stay again!

Great condo only 3 blocks from the beach! Very clean and great spot for our annual family trips to Ocean City! Karl was very responsive throughout the entire process. We will definitely consider staying here in future trips to OC!

Started with a little glitch, the pre-arranged door code did not work. I called the owner and he gave me the previous code that opened the door. The place was clean and nicely decorated in a beachy theme. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, glassware, cutlery, small appliances, etc. The ocean is only 3 blocks away so I was able to walk there in 5 minutes. We had a great time.

Had a great time. Only complaint is the bed in second room would have been better as a queen. Other than that it was a great place. Owners were very accessible with questions and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this property 👌

This house has everything you want. Beautiful inside. Well stocked. Comfortable and convenient to beach, and restaurants. Easy bike ride to board walk 3 blocks away. Second time staying here and would definitely rent again!

We have stayed here multiple times. Walking distance to the beach w 3 kids 5-11, easy peasy. Far enough from downtown and the boardwalk that it’s quiet but close enough that getting to the boardwalk is an easy drive. House is great. We try to stay here every time we visit OCNJ.

The house has all of the essentials you need to have a great vacation. This is our fourth time renting this property, which really speaks for itself. The owner even took my advice and cut back the bushes in front of the house, giving a clear view from the porch to the street. GREAT VACATION!!!

While the apartment itself was comfortable, we had to contend with two sets of noises during our stay - stomping from upstairs tenants and very loud construction noise throughout the neighborhood. When we thought things couldn't get any louder, we woke up to jackhammers and concrete being broken from 7am. Not the vacation we were looking for, unfortunately.

Overall very clean. Living room rug a bit outdated but clean. Furniture very comfortable. In the picture of the front of the house the bushes were overground which limited the view but I was very pleased to see they had been trimmed down. Owner may want to post a current picture.
