About this house rental
This tastefully styled summer cottage is situated on the water with a beauitful dock, every toy you could imagine, and even provides a boat rental opportunity of a classic 1972 Boston Whaler. The gunite pool situated in acre of land in the back of the house, and a jacuzzi on the deck provides the perfect area for relaxing and escaping the bustle of the city. The pool is enclosed by a safety fence for kids - as we have three little ones running around at all times - and the yard includes a garden teeming with the East End's best summer fare. Whether you fancy throwing the ball, practicing yoga, hosting, fishing off the dock, or sitting around the fire pit - the setting is idyllic. The design of the interior feels like a beach cottage, and renters routinely remark on the style and appointments. The outdoor deck is where most guests eat every night during the summer and fall. You'll be able to find all the shellfish you could dream of right off the dock.

We were absolutely in love! Gorgeous property, great location and such a charming house. The owner was very communicative and helpful. We brought our three young children and the property was completely fenced and they had a blast! Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed with my 3 teenage/young adult kids. The paddle boards, kayaks, hammock, pool and hot tub made the trip super entertaining and relaxing.... no need to leave the property other than fun shopping and eating in town. Loved the freshly harvested muscles on the grill too!

We were lucky to find this beautiful home in Sag Harbor. It's bright, airy, clean, and comfortable, and I cannot say enough about the views and outdoor space. The home is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. You will want to have all your meals on the deck overlooking the water. The sprawling yard is perfect for kids to run around in or for relaxing on the hammock or by the gunite pool. Great location and convenient to town and nearby beaches.This is a very special home and location and we have very happy memories of our time there.
