About this house rental
This 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Sola Saddlebrooke home was built in 2011. We recently updated the kitchen with new counters, fridge, microwave and induction stove. Just painted entire outside of the house and replaced grill.There are mountain views from all sides. There is absolutely nothing that you will need to bring with you...we have provided everything. The home is located directly behind the tennis courts by the Desert View Theater/ Fitness Center, but we have a lot of mature bushes, cactus and trees on the totally enclosed yard. You can walk through the back gate and arrive at the pool and hot tub without having to get in the car or golf cart. Although this is a 55 and over retirement community, if at least one of you is 40, you are allowed to rent out this property. The property has two bedrooms so it can fit 4 but be aware that the community only allows 2 swipe cards (without extra charges) per household. This allows you to use the pools and fitness centers. When you rent this home, you have access to all of the amenities including the tennis courts, pickle ball courts, fitness center, swimming pools, and golf courses (with normal green fees). If you arrive on a weekend, you will not be able to get your $ 5.00 swipe card (which allows you into the pools, hot tubes and fitness centers ) until Monday at 8:30. The Mountain view clubhouse is open Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30 (also closed holidays). We have a golf cart that is available for rent. It is $150 a month but we will prorate it for shorter periods of time. It is included during the off season summer months

This was a last minute trip to explore a new summer get away where we can play golf.
This is a very lovely and comfortable home, and the pictures on website actually portray the actual setting. It is very well taken care and the owner is very quick to respond with any and all of your concerns, making sure that you have a absolutely great experience. The golfing is great and the atmosphere is relaxing.

This home is in the beautiful Saddlebrooke community; with mature desert landscaping and a great view of the Catalina mountains from the back yard. The home is very clean and comfortable; with nearly every item you will need available. There were just two of us, but this home can easily accommodate a family of 4; there are two full baths. We highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic property, all fitures are as described or better!!! Property owner Sue is always reachable, great communication from start to finish. This was our second stay, and we would definitely stay at this property again!!!

What a lovely home. Beautiful outdoor spaces and very comfortable. Indoor regional decorations. Everything was just lovely. Sue does a great job of communicating. All the features of the home. Easy to follow. Directions are available inside the home. Beautiful location, quiet neighborhood. Perfect sanctuary for our weekly activities.

It was our first stay at a vrbo. We picked the perfect home and host for our first time. Very detailed instruction and communicative host made this a great experience and the house was wonderful. We will likely stay here every year we visit our family. A+++++

Although the purpose of our visit was to spend time with our nearby parents, this rental supplied a very comfortable place to end our day playing cards and getting the sleep we needed for the next day. Everything was clean and the house was very organized. The beds were very comfortable and we are picky!! Thank you for everything and we will want to stay again in the future!

This is our second time staying at Sue’s home. The house is in a perfect location with a spectacular view of the mountains. Very well maintained home and back yard. Communication with the host is excellent. Would absolutely recommend.

The home is very nice. Located on a cul-de-sac near the tennis courts. Large patio surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The house is very clean and well equipped. Wonderful views of the mountains from both the front and rear patio areas. Would absolutely rent this property again.

Beautiful well kept home.
We could not find a fault in this beautiful home. The neighborhood is so peaceful and well kept. The home is far nicer than the photographs show and the back patio/garden is beautiful. Cleanliness was 100% Sue our host was very responsive and replied to questions immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again. Thank you Sue for sharing your home with us.

A great view of the mountains from both the dining area and the patio. Close to hiking and the Tucson bike trials network. There's a nice patio for eating outside, even in the warm weather. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and it'd be top of our list if we return to the area.

Wonderful Experience
This property is awesome. As a former resident of Saddlebrooke, we know quality and this is IT! The owners have thought of everything and our stay could not have been better. Our friends were very impressed with this and enjoyed visiting us as well. Definitely will use again and highly recommend to others. You cannot go wrong using this property. Terrific stay! Honestly, the photos on Vrbo don’t do this house justice. Kitchen and main bedroom are very spacious, and the other bedroom is on the opposite side of the house which is good from a privacy standpoint. The main bedroom also has an attached full bath which is also quite big, including a good sized walk-in closet. The living room is very cute, and we loved the rectangular window overlooking the mountains. The yard is actually quite big and beautifully landscaped, with a great patio and a lovely gas fireplace. Also, the neighborhood as a whole is adorable and very quiet. We very much enjoyed taking walks at night, admiring all the intricate yards. Having a garage to park in is also a must due to the heat there, at least in May, in our case. All in all it was the best stay at a rental we’ve ever had! Can’t recommend enough. 10 stars.

Gorgeous views, comfortable stay
The property was clean and in a fabulous location. My husband spent hours on the back patio soaking in the view of the Catalina Mountains.

We spent many hours sitting in the backyard, just enjoying the views, the birds, deer, etc. As avid tennis players, we greatly enjoyed being steps away from the courts. Such a perfect location! Our dog was obsessed with the backyard and preferred to be out there whenever she could. Perfect place to stay!
