The truth is that I did not like the condo since we arrived, the refrigerator did not serve tito water all the time, there was no steam iron for clothes, the carpet smelled very bad, the bathroom all the time smelled rotten in the bathtub, the television and the control of the room was not served they are very old we expected something better the only good thing about the place was the pool the rest I do not recommend it I think they should improve the other condos they had everything new and in good condition we paid a lot for the bad service.

I will probably not prefer to stay again.

great location, directly in the heart of Destin and easy view/walk to beach.

we had to drive to RealJoy's office in Destin to get the room keys. Their office was super dirty and they had cardboard boxes blocking the lock ox where I was supposed to grab the keys. There was noone in the building to show me around or help find the keys at first. Second bath sink was broke. Towels and pillow cases were the cleanest. Cleaning crew busted up into our room 15 minutes before check out, while my girlfriend barely had clothes on.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS CONDO

Nothing, it’s horrible

First when we arrived the thermostat was set on 80 degrees. Second, we noticed mold all in the bathrooms. Realjoy did not fix nor would compensate us, we could not stay in the room with our young children who already have respiratory issues. They claimed they “fixed it” but really just painted over it. Said it was coming from the condo above this one, so who knows if the water is coming from a toilet above so therefor it could be contaminated. They called literally an hour after someone supposedly was going out to fix it and said it had been repaired…. Ummm no that whole bathroom Sheetrock needs to be torn down and be replaced. Third, lots of hazards when we first got there. The Ceiling fan was about to fall off, one of the beds was teeter tottering due to loose screws, no fire extinguisher, and had badly done repair spots all over the walls. Overall horrible experience even though we were probably not even in the room maybe 30 minutes. Never again will we book with Realjoy.

Good

Kitchen was nice apartment was spacious. It's good for a beach stay though.

The bathroom ceiling was mildew. The guess bathroom toilet was not stable.

Weather

Broken toilet, bathroom lighting broken, dirty/rusted shower curtain bar, paint patching n the wall, missing dining table chair, 3 of 6 coin laundry were out of order for the entire facility.

Staff was nice, Location of the facilities was great, and the beach was great.

I wish the staff had giving more instruction on the amenities rules for amenities. Refrigerator had broken bottom drawers and leaking water. The twin beds in the guest room could use upgrading. It was like sleeping on a slinky
