Great place in Lushoto!

Great staff - Mikey and his mum are great! They let us leave our big backpacks during our 3 day trek from Lushoto to Mtae (you don't need a guide to do it!) Near the bus station. Clean and comfortable.

Soggiorno perfetto

Ottima struttura e ottima accoglienza! L' acqua calda te la accendono quando vuoi tu. Addirittura l'ultimo giorno ci hanno preparato la colazione alle 5 dovendo partire alle 5.30. 1 minuto dalla stazione dei bus.

Perfect

Wow! Perfect location, very close to the bus station. The crew was amazing!!!! The room was big and clean and there’s a hot water in the shower. I felt like home :)

The staff was super friendly and helpful The location was perfect for our trip to Leshoto and the accommodation was nice and clean. We would definitely recommend it!

Place with some shortcomings but with potential

- It is located in the center of town right next to the bus station. - Breakfast is complete. - The staff is very friendly and they try to solve the problems that the accommodation has.

- I had problems with the internet connection during the entire stay. They have a very comfortable living room that I could not use because the wifi did not reach. - I had problems with hot water the first day and I consider that the bathroom is not well designed since the water jet forces you to stand on top of the sink.

Short and happy that it’s over

The night guard was super nice and helpful. The location is very close to the bus station and City Center.

Breakfast was too little to be full. Mattress was worn out. No warm water although there was a boiler. On booking it said there would be a balcony which does not exist in the whole location. The owner or manager was smiling but very unfriendly. We did not feel comfortable at all.

Hot water is a big issue, overall good for what you paid.

Very close to bus station and market,easy to find,our room with private bathroom,staff ok,bed ok

Hot water is a BIG issue,you have to ask for hot water and even then is not sure if you will gone get it. No communication prior staying,they don't answer to emails,messages through booking.com,nothing Very basic breakfast

There is no water. Hot water also, we had to ask to the owner and we didn't know. So... 3 days with few cold water.. and Lushoto is cold... Also the breakfast is not amazing.

Very good

Good location - walking distance to bus station. Clean room, with comfortable bed and warm covers. Nice outdoor seating area. Very friendly manager and staff - speaks good English.

Lovely stay!

The people working there are sooo nice and helpful!! They gave me so many advice on local transportation and what to do there. The breakfast was simple but nice!

The warm water is a little bit tricky to get, but the staff is there to help out!

The location is good, very close to the center. The breakfast was ok and the staff is nice as well

Bed are not very comfortable, there is NO hot shower even after waiting hours , trying many times. The water is cold While it’s written hot shower ... we hear easily music outside but it didn’t disturb you for that The wifi is working only when you are in the garden or in the place to eat

Good hotel in the centre if you travel on budget

Hotel is located in the centre, just a few steps from the bus station. Staff was very nice and helpful. Beautiful garden outside, where you have your breakfast.

If you are looking for calm area, this will not be the best choice as well as the other hotels in the centre of Lushoto, because there is a club in the centre playing very loud music and on weekend, especially on Friday we heard it untill more than 3AM, so earplugs will help. Not very pleasant smell of the bed caused by humidity. But all in all we had a good stay in Kialilo :)
