We offer two, almost identical condo style suites, each with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, that are equipped with all the essentials and more! Downstairs: One bedroom with a queen bed queen sofa sleeper One full bathroom-shower, linens included Washer and dryer Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher and range Dining area for 8 (table expands) Living room with couch and flat screen TV Wifi, cable TV and stereo included Upstairs: One bedroom with 2 double beds One full bathroom/shower, linens included Large walk in closet w/ a portable full length mirror. Rich with culture and history, Sitka offers many entertaining activities for travelers of all ages. Sitka is thought to be the most beautiful of the Southeast Alaska cities. Nestled on the west side of Baranof Island, it is flanked on the east by majestic snow-capped mountains, and on the west by the Pacific Ocean. Our climate is mild and we do get our fair share of "liquid sunshine"! Our most valuable resource is, without a doubt, the people of Sitka, who share a pride in their home and a love of life in all its small-town splendor! Boating, fishing, hunting, hiking, wildlife viewing, beach combing, historical exploration, shopping and dining on locally sourced food are just some of the great adventures you can have in Sitka.

When my and friend and I come to Sitka, Katlian Suites is always our first choice. We have stayed here for many years. We find it really clean and comfortable. The owner provides many nice little touches and everything you could possibly need to make it feel like home. We will be back!!

Loved this condo! Great location close to downtown, restaurants, and the self charter fishing dock. This place was well appointed, clean, large newer washer and dryer, comfortable beds and two 3/4 baths. The host was great with her communication. We definitely want to stay here again next time we’re in Sitka.

Katlian Street Suites are perfect for our family's needs while visiting Sitka. The location is ideal for our fishing charter as well as walking to shopping, restaurants and other sightseeing. The Suites are clean, comfortable and come stocked with essentials like coffee, creamer & sugar! Shannon is very responsive to requests such as modifying dates and adding an adult to our itinerary. We hope to stay here again next summer.

Clean and convenient to town, this place was great for the four of us on our fishing trip to Sitka. Our charter picked us up at the marina which is just a short walk. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and a barbecue is available. Shannon is wonderfully attentive-five ⭐️

We were pleased with the location of the property and everything we needed during our stay was available in the unit. It was very clean and comfortable. Even the CD player already had CDs in it! We listened to those everyday.

Sitka on a sunny day is a beautiful place, and this rental is great place to stay. Airy and modern and walking distance to downtown. The hosts were very accessible and accommodated a couple special requests we had. Highly recommended!

We are ready to re-book!
The property is perfect for two couples! We had plenty of space to connect and getaway. We had to call the property about a couple of issues, and the manager answered and addressed our needs immediately. We look forward to returning to the property and to Sitka!

This place is even nicer than it looks in the listing. The location is great - right near the water, and quite close to the main drag without being too busy. Dan was always prompt in responding to messages and was very pleasant and helpful. Look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful Sitka
Fantastic property and wonderful hosts! We had such fun during our first visit to Sitka...kayaking, hiking, and wandering. Dan and Gretchen gave us great recommendations and were so responsive and flexible. Their place is located very close to the Main Street and in easy walking distance of Totem Park. We will be back!

Perfect location, perfect house
This house has everything that you could want on your vacation to Sitka! The location is a 5 minute walk to to town center and a great view from the deck of the harbor. The owner was very responsive to all our questions.

Walkable to all of Sitka's highlights, super clean, & quiet
We had a wonderful stay in Sitka at Katlian Street Suite B. Dan was kind and accommodating during booking. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with all the amenities. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Coffee on the harbor view deck was a fun way to begin each morning. Katlian is a 'busy' street but the suite is VERY quiet, no street noise. Beds are on the soft side and the upstairs bedroom has an opening into the living space below. Plenty of room and privacy for two couples traveling together with all the necessary Alaska gear. The suite was the perfect home base for our adventures!

Katlian Street Suites is the perfect perch for Sitka. It is a wonderful place to stay with a view; it is modern, clean and furnished with all that one can need plus everything is within walking distance.

Great location in a beautiful town!
We had a wonderful time in Sitka and the Katlian Street Suite was in a perfect location for our visit. Dan was a great host! The rental was immaculate, the kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, and the view was awesome. We traveled to and from Sitka on the ferry and had no need to rent a vehicle - everything we needed was within easy walking distance. Great place!

The townhouse was exactly as expected, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, well-equipped in every way, conviently located within an easy walk to town. Dan was a most gracious host, readily accessible and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great spot
This place was really neat. It has a nice view of the harbor and is very cozy. Our first visit to Sitka was partly perfect due to the home and gorgeous weather. My husband and I loved the convenience to downtown. We will stay here again! Our family members that live here said it was one of the nicest rentals on the island!
