The views and location
It was dirty even though we have to fork out a cleaning fee

The hot jacuzzi tub in the bedroom needs to be cleaned out and it doesn’t fill. When it does and you turn the jets on particles come out.

Location was great.

Great location. Close to RMNP and restaurants. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the space in the unit. Fireplace was great when the sun went down. The pullout sofa bed was comfortable.
Can’t think of anything we do not like.

The beautiful view of the mountains from any window in the condo.
The hot tub wasn't working correctly, the first night it had a funny smell and wasn't heating up above 95 and the second night it dropped to 75 and took maintenance 2 hours to even come look at it and they couldn't fix it so we had to wait till almost noon the next day to get it fixed. The water pressure to fill the jet tub was terrible, took almost an hour to fill and was pretty much cold by the time it wss full enough to turn the jets on.
