THIS 3 level home has 7 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms. It is within walking distance of grocery stores, parks, and the embassy row. You can also view the Washington Monument. Located in a quiet family neighborhood and close to all Georgetown area. Take lyft/uber, metro, bus for travelling to Washington DC including Washington National Cathedral & United States Naval Observatory. There is a bus across the street that connects to the metro station. Private Parking for upto 4 Cars 1st Floor: ***Living Room, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms - Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed and a Day Bed. - 2nd Bedroom has 2 twin beds. 2nd Floor: ***Living Room, Large Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms, and 2 Baths - Master Bedroom has a King bed. - 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. 3rd Floor: ***Living Room, 3Bedrooms, and 2 Baths - A nice spacious living room with TV and Sofa. - Master Bedroom has a Queen bed and a Day bed. - 2nd Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds. - 3rd Bedroom has a Queen Bed. ****HOUSE RULES**** - Pets are not allowed - Events/Parties are not allowed —> visitors allowed with Host’s permission only (please note there will be a limitation on visitors) - Smoking of any kind is STRICTLY PROHIBITED - Quiet Hours: 9:00PM - 7:00AM - Report any damages IMMEDIATELY. Please do not wait until the end of your stay!!! - No street shoes allowed inside the house - No foods/drinks allowed in the bedrooms - Clean any spills or messes made immediately - For longer stays, please empty trash regularly into the dumpster located outside of the house on the private parking lot (backside of the house). - Reach out IMMEDIATELY for any EMERGENCIES and unexpected MAINTENANCE ISSUES, like a burst pipe, power outage, clogged toilets, etc... Please NOTE!!! - NO FOOD in the SINK; discard all food debris, cookings oils/grease & coffee grounds into the trash - FLUSH ONLY TOILET PAPER in the toilet --> DO NOT FLUSH: tissues, wipes, DIAPERS, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, trash of any kind, etc in the toilet. Please use the trash cans located in each bathroom. For longer stays, please empty bathroom trash regularly. ****Check-out Instructions**** - Gather all dirty towels and leave them in the bathrooms. - Take out the garbage to the dumpster which is located outside of the house on the private parking lot (backside of the house). - Close all doors and windows. - Notify host at DEPARTURE. ****Extra Info**** - Early check-in and late check-out is not guaranteed and depends on availability. Additionally, there will be an early check in fee UPTO $300 (extra fee & taxes not included/may apply) for check-in before 3pm and check-out after 11am. Requests should be made BEFORE reservation/arrival!

We had a great time as a family in this large house. It’s close to downtown and easy to access and park. The owners were very accommodating of making sure we had what we needed during our stay. Highly recommend this house for a large group.

Our close extended family gathered for the memorial service for a beloved too-young family member. The house provided both common space and private areas for our use. It was perfect for our purposes. The sleeping spaces were flexible, the parking was a godsend, and the location was convenient to the site of the service. Thank you to the hosts for a clean, accommodating stay. We would stay there again if need be.

This house was an incredible space for our exchange delegation to stay. It was comfortable and luxurious. I highly recommend for a large group. it is within walking distance to many restaurants and a grocery store. We did family style breakfasts and used the common space for our official meetings.

We had a large family group that attended a funeral in DC. This house helped the family heal better vs. a hotel because we could all stay together. Lots of bedrooms, baths, etc. Owner was very responsive throughout the entire process and accommodated our schedule. Thank-you!

We had a great experience at our retreat. It was 11 people and we came together to plan out the coming year. Each person has their own space and there was plenty of bathrooms, showers, beds, couches, etc. for us to feel like we could have some breathing room. Would absolutely stay here again.

After much searching for a VRBO that would comfortably fit a family of 13 we reserved this fantastic house. Close to DC and Georgetown area, this location was perfect. We were greeted at the house by Mr. D. who graciously showed us around the property. The home has 3 complete floors of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living areas. Also on-site parking is available which is a major plus in the dc area. A very walkable neighborhood with great restaurants and shops nearby.

This was the perfect house for our family get together. Three generations in the same house with lots of space for everyone. A short walk to a playground for the kiddies and shopping and restaurants for all our types of eaters. We had a great stay!

This house would be perfect for a large group of families. There are three floors, each with kitchens and living rooms with a variety of sleeping options and many ensuite bathrooms. It worked perfectly for our large group with four distinct families that came together to celebrate a birthday and see all the sights in DC. Parking was extremely convenient and there's a very close Metro station nearby as well.

We rented for four nights around college graduation weekend. Our family came from varied parts of the country. Everyone found this home warm, welcoming, comfortable and very spacious. All the basics were very well stocked and everything was in good working order and the indoors and outdoors were very clean.

The older man who owns stake in the property saw me in person and kept trying to convince me to cancel the listing. Also said their kitchen couldn’t couldn’t handle baking ribs or steaks, another attempt to deter me from staying, mind you he never mentioned this until he saw me in person, even though I booked two weeks before the reservation date. He was Trying to convince me to cancel my reservation for about 20 minutes before I finally doubled down and said I will not cancel , when he finally took me inside to show me the house. This whole check in was very uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The host was extremely helpful and responsive and went out of his way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The house is in a great, central location and has plenty of space for a large family/friend gathering. It is also well stocked with essential items and extras that made our stay that much better.

We used this home for the second time in the last five years and it was perfect. We had 16 women the first time and 11 for this trip. House is a perfect set up for multiple families, lots of friends, reunions, etc. The house is in an amazing location and the owners are so nice and welcoming! They were more than accommodating for our group and we will definitely be back again!

We have just come back from our family vacation in Washington DC. this property was perfect for our family of 15. Great location. Great lay out over 3 floors. Easy check in. Even had a tesla charger for our car!

Excellent Property for a Group to Stay
We had 7 Mentees and 2 Mentors from the L.A.M.P. Mentor Program spend a week in Washington, DC. The trip included college visits, museum excursions, and networking opportunities for the Mentees who were high school seniors and juniors. We stayed in three properties and this property served as the main house for our group The house is super excellent. It had 11 beds, 6 full bathrooms, and three indoor living areas with wide-screen televisions. The kitchen and the house were well stocked and fully accommodated our dinners for all the Mentees and Mentors on the trip. Of the three houses we used for the trip, this was the best and we will seek to use it again next year.

Absolutely gorgeous! The main kitchen was amazing!! The bedrooms and bathrooms were so nice.. Mattresses we comfortable. The location is right near a bus stop so very convenient. It was a joy to stay here

We stayed here with extended family to celebrate our daughter's college graduation. This house was perfect!Very spacious, clean and the kitchen was well stocked with paper goods and all necessary cooking ware. This home couldn’t have been more perfect for our family reunion. We had 10 adults. Three couples and 4 singles. There were several places to hang out. The bus stop was right outside our door giving easy access to all the DC sights.

Perfect family gathering spot!
We loved staying here to have family celebrate college graduation. Everyone had a great time. We loved being on the deck and hanging out in the well-appointed kitchen. One night we cooked and had everything we needed to prepare and serve. Thank you!
