It was a memorable stay. I made friends and we had lots of fun.

I liked the friendly staff especially the helpful and understanding receptionist. The rooms were clean and breakfast was always on point. They respond promptly to complaints. The geyser was leaking and it was fixed without delay.

I struggled to use the hot water tap and the restaurant staff are slow( their food was delicious though).

Fabulous stay

Friendly and supportive staff. The receptionist(Candice) went out of her way to make my stay as comfortable as possible.24 hour security staff was also very helpful and friendly.If you're on a budget stay, I would recommend Esperanca GH Shopping center (OK shopping )about 5 mins walk from Guesthouse.Safe and quiet neighborhood.

A good stop off place if a little distant from the city

The swimming pool is very welcome after a long drive. The breakfast is sufficient, the facilities in the room for tea and coffee are good too. The shower is easy to operate and the wi-fi is strong. Secure parking.

The sliding door between bedroom and bathroom is a little heavy and only has a handle on one side.

For a stay of a few hours it was lovely, definitely staying longer next time. The breakfast was quite tasty

Convenience - location, what you would need is easily and quickly availed to you, check in was effective and very welcoming

Okay for a stop over in Windhoek, although could be better

I like the 24 hour security and inside parking, although it is a bit tight for large vehicles. The accommodation is always clean and consistent.

The breakfast standard has been very unreliable and changed multiple times over our last few stays at Esperanca. It seems to have settled now, but the service was very unwelcoming and certainly not friendly.

Great stay

Location is great...is in a great area and very quiet.....breakfast was also good. I enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the place. Transport services easily accessible and affordable.

I am satisfied with the services I received during my stay. I do not have anything to recommend at this stage.

Henkilökunta yleisesti ottaen mukavaa ja ystävällistä. Ulkona vartija ympäri vuorokauden, joka tuonut turvallisuuden tunnetta. Hyvä aamupala. Sijainti turvallinen, lähellä pienempi kauppakeskus, jossa kaikki tarpeellinen. Wifi hyvä.

Ravintolassa töissä nuori poika, jolta emme saaneet palvelua, sillä hänellä liian kiire jutella kaverinsa kanssa.

I will want to go back there,

The room was clean and smelt fresh. The environment was pleasant. My things felt safe. Very nice atmosphere.

It was most enjoyable.

Breakfast was delicious. Neat and clean dining room. Would’ve swim if it was summertime. Beautiful swimming pool and gym also!! Security people very friendly.

Fine for one night.

Location was convenient. The security guard , breakfast and reception staff were friendly.

The outside seating in front of each room enables other guests to be very loud. There’s plenty of seating in the pool area which seems a better location. We had dinner in the restaurant and it felt like we were interrupting the staff who completely ignored us. We finally ordered and then it took over an hour to arrive. At least the food was good!

Great location and clean

Comfortable, smooth check in via security (as we arrived late), good breakfast and clean Excellent location - 5 mins walk to the OK supermarket which was a real bonus

Our room was next to the swimming pool pump which went on all night Breakfast was so slow hat we ended up having a takeaway - took 35 mins.

Lovely place, delicious breakfast, let us check in late after baggage issues and the kind lady on reception helped us call the airport to find our bags and booked us a taxi. Lovely security guard checking us in making sure we had everything we needed. Great property.

A wonderful overnight stay between Keetmanshoop and Etosha. Can highly recommend Esperanca!

Everything about Esperanca was lovely. The room was comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. Bonuses are aplenty, from the fully fitted Gym, Gift Shop, and Restaurant/Pub. Breakfast is included in the price and it was superb. All the staff were friendly and we even managed to get a load of washing done overnight!

There was nothing to dislike about the place.

Nice guesthouse and friendly staff. My wife is vegan and they made her a delicious breakfast just for her.

The room was a little dusty and the air-conditioning heating mode was kind of weak. They probably don't clean the filters often enough.

OK for a first or last night in Namibia when on a budget

Easy access after picking up our safari jeep, 24/7 guard on duty, very good price. Grocery and restaurant very close.

Could do with some refreshments and mostly better cleaning (e.g. lots of dust on the window blinds, musty smell). Quality of the furniture and equipment is OK, but definitely room for improvements with some small changes. Note: the car parking is quite narrow to enter and especially when leaving: you have to leave backwards. Cars/pick-up longer tan 5.5m may struggle.

Staff were friendly and I loved the bookstore.

1. My tv didn't work. I managed to sort it out by myself. 2. The night guard was invading my privacy. Whenever I went out, he would be close by. I opened my curtains once, and he was right in front of my door. When he walks past a vehicle, he looks in with intent. He leaves the gate unattended, making guests wait long to be let in. Breakfast was horrible. There was mould on the cheese, making the entire meal horrible. I left my plate after a couple of bites. 4. Breakfast starts too late. If you have to attend a meeting at 8, it's impossible to only start breakfast at 7:30.
