Bei den meisten stand in den Rezensionen, dass man vor Lärm schlecht schlafen kann. Das ist ein Problem in dieser Stadt. Ich habe mich für San Lucas entschieden und bin absolut begeistert.

Everything, the staff where so nice and caring. They even had a staff memeber walk us to the closest taco stand as we arrived very late and we where starving.

Excellent internet for digital nomads, and a quite central location for remote working. Its a huge place and well maintained at a great value.

The reception is not friendly and helpful, just a girl and a lady were very nice. The rest of the reception staff awful. We arrived at night after an intercontinental flight, the man at the reception gave us a room in front of the staff changing room so in the morning the noise of the staff screaming woke us up, We could sleep just one hour and have paid a full extra night. Also no water in the room from the sink so we couldn't even wash our faces. The day after they have changed the room, which was ok. Thanks to the lady at the reception, the man hasn't apologised or said anything. Every time we were asking something to him he has never done it and we speak spanish so no language issue. Just poor customer service.

I went there by accident after my flight delay and my lugage was lost. I wanted to spend just a night close to the airport and for a reasonable price. I spent there 3 days! :) Crazy good local food just across the square. I will come back!!!

Yes, it was my additional night in this hotel. I just loved this location and the room was great. Street food just around the corner was exqusit. I will come back for sure. Highly recommended!!! Gracias

All night long there was a loud buzzing noise, I think it came from an airco close to our room. You could also hear in the hallway. Because of that noise we couldn't sleep.

Good rooms, good internet.

Just the location, I don't recommend to go out at night.

Sandy (working at the Front Desk reception) was wonderful. She was attentive, knowledgeable and her English was perfect. She helped me and advised me during my 3 day stay in Mexico City and helped me get taxis where necessary. The hotel was lovely – a really good large spacious room. Very clean and well looked after. Only problem was that as a tourist and a solo female traveller, I was told by taxi driver and receptionists, it was not a good idea to walk around the area when dark which did limit me slightly when wanting to walk back from the zocalo (approx. 10 mins away) and advised to use taxis. The area is safe but only locals live there and hence not used to tourists in the location and which was why I was given the warning. However during the day/in the evenings, there is a really good flea market with good street food throughout the day. Thank you to Sandy and other receptionists for a welcoming stay in CDMX.

Shower not so good – there was hot water but minimal water coming out of shower head and sink. Location is 10 mins walk from zocalo however not a tourist area and limited slightly as a solo female traveller

The size of the room, comfort of the king size bed, and the location is great!

Very nice clean hotel with very friendly staff. Couldn't ask for more. We were given a ground floor room as requested. Definitely worth the value.

The hotel is great but the area is quite congested.

The room was spacious.

I don’t like being on the bottom floor because it was very noisy, next to the lobby.
