Large but VERY NOISY

The appartment is big. Supermarket just behind the corner. Beach 10min walk.

The noise level of the location . It is NOISY . The nice garden and also the bedrooms are located right next to one of the busier streets in Luz with cobble stones , nearly all traffic needs to pass through this one way street. On top of it , a bus station is located right across the street where the busses wait sometimes quite a bit with the engine running . Across the street , glass containers and rubbish containers are collected with trucks approximately around midnight. Youngsters sometimes stand shouting and smoking what i think is weed . All this meant we had to sleep with the windows and shutters closed . The appartment is not well noise isolated from the neighbours located above neither. The appartment would need quite a bit of renovation , many things are rusty or corroded , which is regretful for an appartement with this potential. Parking is not available behind the house , one does not have the badge to open the barrier , so one has to look for a spot sometimes some distance from the appartement.

Geräumige Wohnung Zentrale und zugleich wassernahe Lage Hof für das Fahrzeug Küche komplett eingerichtet

Bushaltestelledirekt vor der Terasse/Garten....ständig laufende Busmotoren, weil Pausenstelle und die Busklima laufen muss. Glas und Müllkontainer ebenfalls dort...Nachts LKWS, die dort entleeren. Also insgesamt viel unangenehmer Lärm. .Mobiliar des Wohnzimmer teilweise defekt (Stühle, Sidebords) und insgesamt eher Sperrmüll als Einrichtung. Die Küchenpfannen gehören in den Müll Deren Benutzung ist hochgradig gefährlich. Kein einziger deutscher Fernsehsender, keine Bedienungsanleitung.

Casa a não repetir, e desaconselhável. Praia da Luz, corresponde sempre às expetativas, recomenda-se

Localização excelente, boas áreas

O apartamento tem um jardim privativo, com manutenção assegurada por jardineiro, o qual tem acesso livre e direto, não tendo sido previamente alertado para essa situação. Fui supreendido na sala com a presença do mesmo no jardim, criando situação de total falta de privacidade e insegurança. Considerando que o jardineiro entrou sem aviso e autorização às 8 da manhã, outra pessoa em roupa interior, poderia ter sido surpeendida com a presença do mesmo. Mesmo alertado que estava fazer ruído, e as minhas filhas estariam a acordar, recusou sair antes de terminar o serviço de rega. Inaceitável e incompreensível, ainda para mais, porque o jardim tem sistema de rega automático. Além do descrito, o apartamento apresenta mobiliário degradado, e o frigorifico tinha funcionamento deficiente Uma das casas de banho não tinha o chuveiro a funcionar, e outra estava com a sanita entupida. Ou seja, das 3 casas de banho, apenas uma estava integralmente funcional. Dos dois conjuntos de chaves entregues, apenas um abria as portas, e caso não tivesse solicitado o segundo conjunto, porque apenas se propunham entregar um, teria sido obrigado a regressar à imobiliária, atendendo que o conjunto inicial não abria as portas, nem tinha o comando de acesso ao estacionamento. Aliás, globalmente, todas as fechaduras da casa apresentam funcionamento deficiente, nomeadamente, da janela da sala, que permite saída direta para a praia, mas apenas tranca pelo interior, facto que, associado ao acesso do jardineiro à área da casa, impede a respetiva utilização para saída mais direta para a praia.

El propietario entró en la vivienda, sin pedir permiso y sin llamar al timbre, como si no hubiese nadie. Ningún respeto a la intimidad de los dientes.
