Disappointing
The location. Good natural light in the living/kitchen area.
The property was not equipped properly. I wanted to cook for my family and there wasn’t a sharp knife, a cutting board, a frying pan, a decent rack for drying , etc. When asked I was provided with the bare minimum, but I don’t think you should have to ask for items that should be included in an apartment rental. The owner said that guests take items, but I do t think I should be penalized for other guests actions. A good security deposit could solve this issue
The bedroom was extremely small and some items needed maintenance (closet door didn’t close easily, a drawer was missing in the dresser, and the curtain was falling a bit. There is no air conditioner in the bedroom either which makes it quite hot and stuffy.
The bathroom is quite small and the hooks are not firm. Your towels fall down and there in no other place to hang them. I was told toiletries were included, which there were, but the soap was used!!!! I might not mind for a hand soap, but fresh soap should be provided for the shower.
The two sofa beds are fine for children under 6, but was really uncomfortable for my 11 year old. Furthermore, no fitted sheets were included in the bedding which made making the sofa beds a challenge, and keeping them together even more difficult.
Lastly, the fridge was dirty, and still had the last guests produce in it.
The pictures and reviews really no not reflect the property I stayed in. Too bad because Eugenia seems quite nice and friendly and I hope she make the improvements needed to bring her apartments up to par.
