Location is good with easy access to both center and highways
Plenty of broken/missing equipment (scorched pans, broken shower head, broken Iron, missing hairdryer...);
Dirty floors and kitchen utensils/tableware
Free but very tricky parking around the area
Overall apartment is not worth the price asked until some needed maintenance is performed!

The rooms were comfortable, a lot of sunlight, near the city center
There was no air-conditioning, no hairdryer and there was a bit of a mould in the bathrooms. We also found 3 used towels that hadn't been taken. A lot of noise from the street
