The condo is part of a complex of 12 units overlooking the Kenai River. We have over 150 ft of private river frontage with a metal walkway and access to get in the river. the deck has a fish cleaning station, stringers, and nets for common use. The complex is spacious with a large lawn area, fish cleaning area, large clean laundry facilities and freezer space available. The unit is furnished with all the linens, towels, dishes, etc. that you will need for your stay. The condo is only a couple minute drive to Soldotna where you can find all the conveniences of town, but the condo is set on a property that also has a great wilderness atmosphere.
