Good

The space of the apartment, the terrace, and the location are exceptional. It is a safe and generally quiet location too. Access to restaurants and supermarkets also a real plus. It has a great layout for a young family and a functional kitchen but with a very small amount of bench space.

This is an underground basement space. It has minimal airflow / ventilation. This led to an increasing damp and dank smell throughout our 4 night stay. There is one air conditioning unit and it struggled to cope in the heat of continual 30+ degree days in Rome. The pedestal fan was great for the main bed area.

Beautiful, spacious apartment!

Spacious apartment with great amenities, plenty of sleeping space. Great location near the metro and nightlife. Really fantastic decor as well. Very eclectic and upscale.

Basement apartment was very humid, partly due to the weather. The dehumidifier didn't seem to work.

Location was perfect. Stayed 2 adults and 2 kids ideal put out beds and even Netflix,nice touch

Location, excellent. The host, very very kind.

The location is very accesible, there is bus station, metro station, and also there is a thai (i hope i'm not wrong) restaurant across the street with very good food at great price. It takes maybe 10 minutes at slow walk to reach Vatican City...And is very secure location, the Carabinieri Academy is near and there is no worry :)

there's nothing to not like...it's a very large room, vintage style furniture and paintings and books...it could accomodate 4 people with no problems, there is a terrace, for smokers...I think the place is best for city breaks.

Exceptional

The flat was amazing, we loved everything from the location, to the cleanliness level to how the flat was laid out. The host was very responsive and friendly throughout our entire stay. At the end we were sorry we didn't book a longer stay. I couldn't recommend Elly's flat enough!!

Really kind host

Really good value for money and great location close to Vatican city. Most importantly, host is super nice and super kind. She helped us out in difficult situation. It really made whole difference. Thank you

Great stay in a family friendly, legendary city

We loved everything about it, high ceilings, choice of dining areas either the terrace or inside.

Some building work going on opposite the terrace, but it was infrequent enough not to bother us. The property itself was very comfortable for our family.

Exceptional

We had a wonderful time with friends in Rome, and it was a delight to come back to the comfortable Roman-style apartment. There was no shortage of anything - there was an iron, washing machine, bath lotions, towels, dryer, blankets and delicious breakfasts. Also the location is great. I would love to come back here when I decide to travel to Rome.

Very nice artistic villa near Vatican City

Excellent apartment with nice art collection and a spacious balcony. Host was very nice and even waited till 10:40PM in the night to hand over the keys.

A bigger bathroom would have been perfect.

Brilliant Host gave us so much information and help

Breakfast was very good even helped my wife with her gluten intolerance and went out of her way to purchase items and location was excellent

Overall it served its purpose.

Good location and spacious. People were nice.

It is not meant for 5 people. 3 people, maybe 4. We had to put sheets on the 2 sofa beds ourselves and the ones available were not enough. For breakfast there were some products but was pretty basic for what you would expect when you see breakfast included.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent Rome location

It is a beautiful, spacious apartment that is tastefully decorated. A fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities were useful as we were on an extended trip. The location is also excellent for many Rome attractions. We walked everywhere during our 5 day stay.

Exceptional

Everything was good at the apartment. Clean lot of space and beautiful design. The host was very cooperative and helpful. We were family of five with kids and they all enjoyed the stay. I can definitely recommend for this appt.

Sometimes the wifi connection was lost but most of the time it was alright. The breakfast was great but not enough for a family of 5. But we found a nice supermarket near by where you can finds things which you like.

Cozy like home

Everything was perfect. The location is very near to the touristic area. The loft is large, charming, fully equipped of everything a family with kids may need.

The apartment is so quirky! Great location, metro station is 5 minutes away. Daria was so friendly and kept in touch during our stay.

Good

The area was quite good. Although there is no private parking the owner has organized a covered parking very close (20€/day)

The „loft“ is actually a souterrain. The terrace is actually a covered patio. There is hardly fresh air. No private parking. These were 3 things why we choosed this accomodation. So it was slightly disappointing although the reception was very friendly and helpful. The information should be changed at booking.com.

Cute little place near vatican city

Very Clean and spacious apartment, really friendly staff, location close to the Vatican city.

The walls are a bit thin in bed room and you can hear noise from the above apartment (although wasnt anything serious or frequent). Also, the breakfast was self service, and included a bunch of packets of cakes and bread etc.

The moment you open the door....its like going home, the Loft gives you a homely feeling

The spacious loft, the decoration, the location which is so near to the supermarkets, Careffour Express etc,,wet market, near eatery shops, souvenir shops and the Metro. The warm feeling in the loft, the comfortable bed, the warm heater, the amenities provided ....everything in the Loft. The host, Daria's daughter is very friendly too. She allowed us for early check in and late check out. Daria Even bought new water kettle and toaster . We will definitely stay here again in our future visits to Rome

Perhaps to have a peephole at the door for us to see anyone ringing the doorbell
