We planned a kayaking trip and really needed a place that could accomodate our kayak trailer. The farmhouse was perfect!! So peaceful. The owners are fantastic and were literally a phone call away if we needed anything. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful and quiet. We did not get to meet the host due to running around for Daughter's wedding. All correspondence with them was answered promptly and very kindly. I hope we get to meet them next time. P.S. love the Keurig machine!

My family and I, and 2 grand dogs, needed a house in the country for the weekend close to a wedding venue of a family friend. Everything worked out very well. The dogs and we loved exploring the well maintained grassy surrounding of the house. As one family unit it was easy enough to walk through my bedroom to share the one shower in the house, a situation typical for a house of the era. We would certainly come back to this house if the need arises again to stay in the area. Thank you for sharing!

Commode won’t flush. No dish towels, no towels, wash rags or hand towels. No kitchen cabinets with no necessities to cook. Dish washer doesn’t work. Light bulbs missing. Excessive flies. Yard not cut til late and threw grass on sidewalks and porch. Not enough of trash bags. One shower. Muletown farm is not maintained. An embarrassment.

It is a beautiful and quite property. The animals were our favorite part! The kids were amazed at the horses! My youngest also loved mimicing the rosters. It was just what we needed. Thank you!

The property was beautiful and relaxing to stay at! My family and I enjoyed getting away from the hustle and bustle which this property provides. The animals helped keep my animals (kids) entertained. It is close enough to town for any of your needs but far enough to enjoy the quiet relaxation. Loved staying here! We were very happy with the location of the farm and the house on the property. It’s a decent driving distance from Nashville; Franklin, Columbia, and other towns; nature areas for hiking and falls; and Huntsville, AL for the Space Museum. I loved that the house is on a farm and had just the right charming, country vibe. Holly made everything about the process very easy and laidback.

Our stay was perfect! Close proximity to the wedding venue, beautiful and peaceful property, comfortable and spacious accommodations, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful outdoor space! It was perfect for our family of 5. We had another family member renting one of the other houses on the same property and enjoyed walking between the houses and enjoying all of the animals. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Muletown Farm. The farm was a little slice of paradise. It was so peaceful and a great place to relax. We spent a lot of time on the front porch, which was the perfect space to enjoy the sunset. The house was spacious, comfortable and clean. It was great to have so much outdoor space to enjoy and for our young son to explore. We hope to come back soon!

This property is beautiful. It is very secluded, and the view is breath taking! This is a must stay. The master bedroom is very nice, and we loved the back deck! The horses are just gorgeous to look at. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Another lovely stay at the farm. This time my husband joined me and he too very much enjoyed the property and rental home. It is a perfect distance away from town. We loved the horses, firepit, and walks on the property! The home had everything needed for our week stay. Thanks for everything!

This is our 3rd Christmas at Muletown Farm; the first in the Sunset cabin. Even with an arctic blast sweeping through the country that kept temps were far lower than usual, our stay was great. The Sunset cabin is a great size for a family. Everyone was able to have their own space, and we came together for game nights and cocoa each night. Holly & Chris are amazing, and you couldn't ask for a more scenic Christmas. Thank you!

Muletown Farms was an excellent choice for our family to stay in!! It helped that was close to the wedding venue we attended. The property is out in the country but close enough to Columbia if you need anything. We enjoyed the horses who let us walk right up to them to pet. Sitting on the porch in the rocking chair or swing was so relaxing in the beautiful weather we had. Such an amazing place we booked for next year for our nephew's wedding!!

We were in the area over a long weekend for our son’s wedding. This house was perfect for us, and other family members stayed in one of the two cabins on the same farm. We were able to gather there after our big event to enjoy the quiet and beauty of the farm with a fire pit, football watching, and room to spread out for dinner. The house itself is very comfortable and nicely decorated. We loved the front porch swing, especially for watching the sunset. Just a lovely spot all the way around.

The location was picturesque. I have so many beautiful pictures from just enjoying the lounging spots on the porches. One day the horses even decided to show off by running around. My family and our dogs were right at home here and I love the tennesse countryside so this location couldn't have been more perfect. The house has everything you'd need to be right at home.

This is such a peaceful place to stay. We enjoyed having the washer and dryer to do a few loads after vacation. Enjoyed walking the property, petting the horses, taking in the sunset while listening to the birds and even built a fire and enjoyed some S’mores. Girls trip with 3 of us and we each had our own bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms, but only one has a shower (in the master), while the other has an old claw-foot tub. Beautiful, clean house. Great place to unwind, take time to sit and rock or swing on the front porch or grill on the back porch. If you feel like going out, Columbia is a beautiful town with great restaurants, desserts and shopping

We loved this property and town so much!! It is so peaceful here. Enjoyed petting the horses, Lucky and Dixie and the chickens. We built a fire and made S’mores. Washer and dryer and a Keurig with Starbucks pods. Grill on the deck outside. We went into town where they have a beautiful courthouse and square with many shops and restaurants and we learned that some shows, including Hallmark have been filmed here. Enjoyed reading about the history of the property and a little bit of the book by the owner. We will return and try the other cabins on the property too!

We enjoyed our week at Sunset farmhouse immensely! We could hardly drag ourselves off the front porch, the view was literal therapy to our souls. The house accommodated us very comfortably, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and the beds were comfortable and clean. We hope to be able to stay again when we come back to the area to visit family!

My daughter, granddaughter and I came from CO to visit my other granddaughter and her 3 yr. old and 6-week-old. This darling house was perfect! It was very private yet very close to shopping. All 6 of were able to stay there and just enjoy visiting as if were staying in one our own homes. It was great to be able to have a kitchen with everything needed to cook the food we brought and not have to go somewhere to eat with small children. Perfect place, very clean, in a gorgeous setting and would/will stay again!

We loved staying here! My kids proclaimed that the farm was better than Disney world. The home was plenty big for our family of six, super clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfectly located for us to get to things to do but was also quiet and relaxing. We would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. The kids loved the friendly farm animals!
