Superbement situé pour la vue, l'appellation Magic Vista n'est pas usurpée

On a une vue magnifique sur la mer et Amalfi (vers l'Est) à partir du salon et du balcon de l'appartement. Les équipements sont corrects (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, etc...) Même si l'appartement est situé en hauteur et n'est pas proche du centre d'Amalfi, il est accessible à pied soit par la route soit par un sentier qui rejoint directement le port. Pour ceux qui viennent avec leur propre voiture, le parking est assez loin vers l'Ouest, mais accessible à pied soit par la route soit par un sentier qui offre une vue imprenable sur la côte. Comptez 15 à 20 mn à pied pour rejoindre le parking GAS Bar qui est situé exactement à l'embranchement vers Positano.

Les chambres à coucher sont sombres et un peu humides (avec une odeur de moisissure pour ceux qui y sont sensibles en particulier les asthmatiques). En revanche, la salle à manger et le salon sont superbement bien orientées au soleil et vers la mer.

Sandra an amazing host.

Sandra was a great host, she contacted us on whatsapp before we got there so she can meet us and direct us to the unit. The view was amazing not only from the balcony but from the bedroom and living room and kitchen. She also was incontact during our stay.

Beautiful stay with the best view of Amalfi !

Lovely villa with a spectacular view ! Sandra was a wonderful host, meeting us at the property and even helping with our luggage up the hill!

Lots of stairs leading up to the property which were a little difficult for my elderly mother. Otherwise everything was fabulous.

Dreamy view!!!

The view from this apartment is breathtaking! The host Sandra was accommodating and makes sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are many steep stairs to get to this property so recommend hiring a porter to carry your luggage. Not recommend for older folks or anyone that has difficulties with stairs. But the view was well worth the climb! :)

Stunning views, amazing place all the comforts of home, but with Italian flair. Definately love to stay again.

The most amazing view of Amalfi from the living room and deck. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable the kitchen was very well equiped with essentials like oil, condiments, tea coffee etc like cooking in your own kitchen. the whole place had everything you could possibly need. The host was very helpful with instructions to get there and met us to show us around. just loved this place.

There are a lot of steps but well worth the view.

Very clean, spacious apartment with a superb view over Amalfi. Don't hesitate, book it.

Could hear neighbours at times but nothing intrusive, just thin walls.

Very good

Amazing views, large comfy clean apartment with everything you need. Sandra greeted us with plenty of information and organised a taxi to take us to the airport at the end of our stay.

The instructions stated the apartment was a 10 minute walk from Amalfi, it was nearer a 25 minute hard uphill walk, not possible with a 23kg suitcase. 15minutes to walk down.

love every single moment there

the view was really magical. And Sandra is nice and helpful. the apartment was clean and spacious. with the best balcony in Amalfi! the kitchen is good, the main bedroom is modern with beautiful bathroom.

280 stairs to the beach, the beach is 35€ per umbrella and 2 sunbeds. In the city the beach clubs are from 25 up to 60€ per day! But that is not the apartment’s fault. ;-)

Would go back in a heartbeat!

Location!!!! Yes, there were steps up to this property, but that is so you have a fabulous view! The pictures did not do justice, there was a lovely deck with a great view of the water and Amalfi. I was afraid we would have to walk on the main road to get into town - you don’t. There is a separate route with staircases through a park that will get you up the hill. The host arranged a porter to help with our suitcases, I would recommend using the porter. The apartment was large and airy, with great air conditioning (a rarity in Italy). It had everything it said it would - full kitchen, washer, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Hostess was very responsive and helpful. The shower in the main bathroom was huge by Italy standards, something we appreciated as we are all over 6 feet tall.

The way the lock works, you need a key to unlock it from the inside. This seems a little unsafe in case of a fire, but there are so many patio doors and windows, I feel you could escape in case of emergency, even if you can’t find the key, so I wasn’t too worried. Hostess did provide two keys, which was really nice as we didn’t all return to the unit at the same time and you need a key to get into the building.

our host Sandra was the best. Met us to organise a porter for our luggage, answered all our calls & messages & met us on our last day with a porter once again for our luggage

Was a really huge hike getting up a lot of steps but the view & the accommodation itself was definitely worth it. probably wouldn’t be suited to someone with mobility issues

Amazing apartment with a real deal view.

The apartment felt like a home, very spacious, good supplies in the kitchen and an amazing view on the balcony over the town of Amalfi. Having morning coffee and breakfast on the sunny balcony was a highlight everyday and also enough to to do a little home workout in the sun. Great value for money given location, amenities and the stunning view. Our host Sandra was very responsive and went above and beyond for us. We missed the bus stop that was right outside the apartment and got off at the bottom of Amalfi town and were looking at a long hike up some stairs/expensive taxi to get 3 mins back up the hill but she went out of her way to do two trips for us on her scooter which was super appreciated after a long day of travel. She took the time to show us around the apartment and was always available to answer any questions.

There was nothing we didn't like!

Astonishing View

The apartment is very big and spacious, very nice view from the balcony. We really enjoyed having breakfast with the stunning view. Easy to reach from the bus terminal, the host came to meet us on the way. Everything is very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable.

No kettle , so we had to get hot water by a primitive way of boiling it in a sauce pan. Not possible to adjust the shower temperature to over 38/40 degrees. On my booking it says 9 euro city tax (1.5eur p.p.night) but we were asked to pay 18 euro. The isolation of the house is not good, we could hear the neighbour talking on the phone clearly in the middle of night.

Exceptional

Magica Vista means magic view and it is a name that represents the truth. The apartment is magical, it is even better than the photos. Super comfortable, with plenty of electric, and electronic supplies, cosy furniture, super clean, honestly it is flawless. Recommended 100%.

Not easily accessed as it is on a steep hill with no way to approach by car. So you will have to carry your luggage up and for someone with moving difficulties it will be a hard case. But almost all hotels and apartments in Amalfi and the Amalfi coast in general are built on the mountain side, so you can't avoid this. Definitely not a reason to avoid renting it.

The view, the view, the view, open space, cleanliness, amenities, and will stocked. Convenient walk to the city and restaurants. Sandra communicated quickly. This is a best stay on our trip so far!

Quite an incline and many steps to get the luggage up to the house. Elderly or compromised people may need assistance.

A truly magical view

Stunning view of the sea and the Amalfi village from the living room and from the balcony. The apartment is very nice, spacious, clean and well equipped. It is a very good location for exploring Amalfi Coast and Capri island. Our host was very kind and friendly. We felt very good in this apartment, we will return anytime with pleasure.

Wonderful place to stay

This apartment is the perfect place to Discovery the Amalfi coast from. It has a beautiful view and the location is great too, everything important in Amalfi is within walking distance. Our host was very kind and helpful too. Definitely recommended!

Superb

Spacious. Great views. Clean. Comfortable.

Short distance to town but you have to climb lots of steps and steep hill up to the apartment. Definitely not for people who have issues with walking or are not physically fit.

Spectacular place. Great view, great accomodations, generous and gracious host. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time. the view was spectalucar!!!! The hostess was incredibly gracious and generous. Sondra was available for any question or recommendation and even helped us carry our luggage up the steep hill you need to climb to reach the apartment.The apartment was spacious , clean, beautiful and fully stocked with everything and anything you could want. She even left us wine, limoncello, drinks , cookies and so much more. We ahve stayed in lots of apartments but I have never encountered such generous and welcoming accomodations. The apartment was way above and beyond our expectations. The pictures do not do the place justice it is way bigger and much more beutiful in reality. The location is amazing and the views are majestical. We would go back in a heart beat and highly recommend it on every level.

The only disadvantage of the place is that the parking spot is quite far from the apartment and it requires a 2 kilometer walk up a steep steep hill. At first it was quite intimidating but at the end of the day it was fun to take the hike and walk off some of the amazing food that we ate all day.
