In one word, a disaster, the apartment's equipment was terrible, an old refrigerator whose door would spill out ever

accommodation near the sea, view from the balcony but without a shade and the sun shone very intensely, there was not even a towel line to let me dry it there…

Even though I had informed the accommodation several times about my arrival time, no one was waiting for me. The Foncia agency, which was supposed to give me the keys, was empty. When I called the number listed in the accommodation documents, the person on the other end refused to take my call and forwarded me to voicemail, no one called me back. In a word, a disaster. The Foncia agency asked me to pay extra city tax even though when I booked the accommodation, the price was final including city tax, but I understand that everyone wants to make extra money, right? When I asked them to give me a receipt for the extra payment for the city tax, they were very surprised and were not happy with my request. They still haven't returned the 300 euros deposit to my account!!! The highlight of it all was when I received an email from the Foncia agency that I had to clean up the entire apartment and take out the trash on the last day when I left, while cleaning the apartment was supposed to be included in the price when I made this reservation. I will never return. The apartment was in a good location close to the beach and grocery stores, but the service I experienced from the Foncia agency was a complete disaster. I have already filed a complaint with Booking.com and am ready to take further action.

Unser Urlaub war eine schmerzhafte Erfahrung – unser Auto wurde beschädigt, wir wurden bedroht, gedemütigt und völlig al

Leider nichts – die Unterkunft war eine große Enttäuschung.

Ich bin eine Frau und war allein mit zwei Kindern im Urlaub. Leider wurde unser Auto auf dem überdachten Hotelparkplatz absichtlich beschädigt – es wurde mit Kleber verschmiert, und die Scheibenwischer wurden zerstört. An der Rezeption äußerte sich eine Frau rassistisch mit Worten wie: „Fahren Sie zurück nach Deutschland“. Auch der Mann, der unser Auto beschädigt hat, sagte: „Ihr gehört nicht nach Europa“, „Ihr seid keine Deutschen, verschwindet aus Europa“. Er drohte außerdem, unsere Reifen zu zerschneiden. Ich war allein mit meinen Kindern unterwegs, wir wollten einfach nur eine schöne Zeit verbringen. Stattdessen wurde unsere gesamte Stimmung zerstört, der Urlaub ruiniert und das Geld umsonst ausgegeben. Niemand stand uns bei – weder das Hotelpersonal noch die Dame an der Rezeption, noch andere Gäste. Wir haben sofort die Polizei angerufen, aber leider keine Hilfe erhalten – niemand sprach Englisch oder Deutsch, nur Französisch. Es war unmöglich, sich zu verständigen oder Unterstützung zu bekommen. Deshalb werden wir nicht nur nie wieder in dieses Hotel zurückkehren, sondern auch nicht mehr in diese Stadt reisen – und vielleicht auch nicht mehr in dieses Land. Wir haben jetzt Angst. Außerdem ist uns aufgefallen, dass die Zimmer nicht nur an Touristen vermietet werden, sondern auch dauerhaft bewohnt sind. Diese Dauergäste verhalten sich sehr unfreundlich und aggressiv gegenüber Touristen – man spürt regelrecht Hass. Auf dem Nachbarbalkon lebten Personen, die jeden Morgen, Mittag und Abend giftiges Insektenspray gegen Ameisen versprühten. Diese Ameisen waren überall: im Zimmer, im Bad, auf dem Balkon, im Flur und sogar im Bett. Wir mussten dieses giftige Spray ständig einatmen. In der Folge erlitten wir eine Vergiftung – die ganze Woche litten wir unter Durchfall und Magenbeschwerden. Das Gift gelangte auf Oberflächen, Tische und in die Luft, die wir täglich einatmen mussten.

L'emplacement. La vue sur mer, la propreté de l'immeuble et la sécurité mise en place.

Un micro-ondes rouillé à l'intérieur. Une baignoire avec le fond rouillée Pas de plats très peu de vaisselle les sols tachés par l'usure des portes qui frottent au sol difficiles à ouvrir. Des matelas tachés.
