A lovely studio full of character in a perfect location

Very nice little apartment full of character. Ilaria went the extra mile to make sure we had a fantastic stay and gave us some excellent recommendations for restaurants, parking, etc. Very good location

A pleasant journey to stay in the apartment.

Ilaria provided us warm reception. She is very kind. The apartment is large and comfortable.

Spirit of ancient romance

We love history and architecture, so this apartment in Spoleto is a real gem for me and my husband. The hosts carefully preserved original details that are several hundred years old. Ilaria gave us a short tour of the place’s history and even gave us some small gifts. She is a very very nice person. The apartment is clean and cozy in comfortable quiet location not far from parking. It has everything you might need, even a kettle, which is not so common in Italy 😊

The shower is quite small, and the curtain is a bit flimsy, so water spills onto the antique floor. A more solid setup would be nice. We also couldn’t figure out how to use the washing machine — having a printed instruction in the bathroom would be helpful.

Historical apartment not the most comfortable

It's located in the city center, it's historic and there's a cool sense of history in the apartment. The owner made herself available if there were any problems.

The bathroom was too small and so it was uncomfortable to use because of the lack of space. There was an air freshener that was too strong. There wasn't much natural light. It felt really cramped because there were a lot of objects inside the apartment. It lacked warmth and comfort. The nearest parking spaces are at least 200 mt. away and there's no guarantee of finding free parking.
