Very unique property, newly renovated, with direct access the pristine beach from the front garden without crossing any roads. Sit on the balcony and look directly onto stunning views of Pambula Beach. Three bedrooms (one queen, two singles/one double, and two sets of bunks). Brand new kitchen with dishwasher. Family bathroom as well as ensuite. Large lounge and dining area (incl flat screen TV and DVD player) with amazing beach and water views opening onto large new deck with gas BBQ. Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. Outdoor shower. Free Wi-fi. Large selection of books, DVDs and board games, beach equipment incl buckets and spades, boogie boards etc. Ironing facilities. In addition to direct beach access, walking distance to café and general store in one direction and to popular Pambula River mouth with playground and great fishing in the other. Access to both the patrolled main surf beach and the uncrowded Lion's Beach. Kangaroos often lounge in the garden, attracted by the natural bushland setting that surrounds the area. If you are visiting the property between July and November you are likely to witness the incredible annual whale migration. Sit back and watch the whales frolic up close! Go to sleep and wake to the sounds of the rolling surf! Sample delicious local oysters at the famous Wheelers Restaurant. Spectacular Sapphire Coast Family friendly. Located on the beach side of the 'Golden Mile'. Within close drive of many amazing golf courses. Cycling tracks/courses for kids and for the advanced. Airport 10 minutes away at Merimbula. Incredible bush walking options. Non smoking. No pets. PAMBULA is only a few minutes drive away: - golf course, tennis courts, skate park, horse riding through bush to beach. - quaint shops, pubs, cafes, video rental, great restaurants (especially Seafood and Thai)and takeaway options. - fresh local oysters, prawns and other seafood. MERIMBULA is only 10 minutes drive: - loads of shopping and restaurants/clubs. - Magic Mountain theme park. - boat tours - whale and dolphin watching, and fishing options. - beaches, galleries, large supermarket.

The place looks wonderful, sadly we couldn't make it with a couple of sick kids! Typical school holidays!

A beautiful house in a truly idyllic location. Very quiet and peaceful but only a few minutes drive to Pambula village or Merrimbula. There was minor glitch on arrival but the matter was resolved quickly after contacting Nick the owner, who could'nt have been more helpful.

Property was lovely. The area was quiet which made for a very relaxing vibe. The houses location was perfect for just chilling out on the veranda taking in ocean views while babies and toddlers napped.

House is good size for 2A and 2-4 kids. Would be too small to accommodate 2 families hence the listing for 6A max.

Very relaxing
The property is probably gearded towards families more than a group of friends travelling together (one room has a double bed with an ensuite, while the other only has twin beds, but with a magnificent ocean view), but the overall set up of the house and the location make for a wonderful stay. The back deck is only 50 metres from the beach, so even though we stayed in mid May, the weather was kind and we enjoyed multiple walks on the beach every day. It's a long way to drive from both Melbourne and Sydney, but given we were travelling from both, it is the perfect 'half way' destination. It was exactly what we needed.

This house could not be more perfectly positioned. Direct access to a more private section of the Beach, beautiful views from the expansive balcony.Nick has been an absolute dream to deal with. We had to postpone our trip by a whole year and then amend dates. Nick was super understanding & accommodating each time.Highly recommend this property!

The open plan living area and deck have a fabulous airy feel and good views of the beach through the trees. The fireplace added welcome warmth and added to the ambience! Beautifully quiet. Kitchen well equipped. Covid-19 put paid to our family joining us but the home could comfortably accommodate 8 (4 bunk beds). The laundry is below the front deck and accessed via the front steps. Great base to explore the wider region too - we visited Tathra to Eden and everything inbetween. Highly recommend The Breakers.

Perfect location
This house was so comfortable and the location is amazing. You could not ask for better views. The wildlife was an added benefit - as well as the evening kangaroos, there was an echidna living in the bushes and we saw several blue tongues going about their business.

Great house right on the beach
Excellent property, with amazing views from the large deck. Very spacious and can comfortably accomodate 6 adults. Great location with a short walk to a few beaches. Fully equipped kitchen making it easy to eat in, with a nice open plan layout.

Beautiful house right on the beach
We loved our stay at the Breakers house in Pambula. The house was large, clean, open and airy with everything we needed for a family vacation.
The view from the deck over the beach was beautiful and it was so close - no need to cross the road to get to the sand.
