Located within minutes of Stanthorpe CBD, 2 hours south of Brisbane and the Gold Coast, in the heart of the Granite Belt is the luxurious and tranquil surrounds of a self contained villa - the best Stanthorpe has to offer. Located in the avenues, this Brunckhorst Avenue property exudes warmth, character and charm. Situated on five acres of manicured gardens, Stanthorpe Villa gives you the sense of home away from home. A feel of Tuscany right here in sunny Queensland. Our grand villa is spacious and able to cater for your family holidays, work retreats, reunions, winery tours or simply just a quiet escape. This house has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious lounge area with reverse cycle air conditioning and wood fire place. Amazing Gardens with beautiful flowers and fruit year round Five Acres - Wide open spaces, with a fully fenced perimeter Ideal Location - Close to the main town of Stanthorpe and many of the great attractions the Granite Belt has to offer Booking Conditions Maximum occupancy is 6. Minimum 2 night stay applies. Discounts provided for weekly stays. * Surcharges may apply to long weekends and Apple and Grape Festival Weekend Sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, blankets and pillows are provided. Cleaning costs are included on departure. We also provide some basic consumable items such as tissues, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper and hand soap. These are not replenished during your stay. During winter months, limited amounts of firewood and fire starting equipment are also provided. Cot and high chair can be provided upon request. Strictly no pet policy Check in time: 2 pm Check out time: 10 am Deposit: A $300 deposit is required at the time of booking. Your booking is not confirmed until such time as payment of the deposit has been received by Stanthorpe Villa. Full payment Payment in full must be received no later than 7 days prior to your arrival. Cancellation Policy Full Refund of Deposit will be given for 30 days or more notice of cancellation. 10% administration fee applies to cancelled bookings (which will be deducted from the deposit held) No refund will be given if 30 days or less notice given unless Stanthorpe Villa is re-let. Great sized rooms. Bed were a little hard. Air con in lounge only worked on cold. We had to turn the water off for one night as we think a washer in the shower broke. Had to wait till morning for a plumber. In one bed room one bedside light did not work. Overall thought the house bigger than expected. Nice and clean. Great place to stay nice and central.

The home is large and clean, close to town, and there are plenty of kangaroo and rock wallabies around.
The less than enjoyable parts were the access code not being provided and dealing with toileting children while locked out waiting for a reply. Then the old washing machine didn't work and we ended up hand washing clothes while on holiday. If those few things went differently, it would have been more positive.

Massive house with equally massive grounds to run around on. Log burner for the cold nights. Great location for getting out and exploring Stanthorpe. Pool table was a big hit with the kids.
House needs modernising. Taps in the bathroom drip, spin cycle on washing machine is broken and couldn’t find a single pair of scissors in the kitchen but multiple BBQ tongs.

Great venue, close to the centre of Stanthorpe.
Interesting Google Maps thinks the street to the left (the quickest way to highway) is a no through road and sends your a very long way round to the highway. Looking on Google maps, it does show the street does not go through. Maybe good to mention that.

This house is large and lovely but check in was TERRIBLE…we did not get the check in code till 4 pm on a cold Stanthorpe afternoon….we were starting to panic as you could not ring anyone and was starting to think about looking for something else.

The Stanthorpe Villa was the perfect stay for our getaway with friends.
It's perfectly situated in the middle where its only 5 mins into town and only 15 minutes to the breweries and wineries.
The house itself is massive with a family area with a big kitchen and /living/dining in the back where there is a door you can shut to close it off.
A pool table which was an awesome addition.
The grounds are fenced and we enjoyed the little basketball hoop and spent alot of time outside.
Also the fire place was easy to use and a great addition.
We were 4 adults and two toddlers and it was perfect 🥰.
Would highly recommend to any families and groups, we will be back next year definitely!!

The Stanthorpe Villa was the perfect stay for our getaway with friends.

Winter Getaway
Location is excellent. House was spacious but old and very much in need of some TLC. Showers, toilets, vertical blinds ??
Gardens were plentiful and showed previous attention to detail but like house have been neglected.

The house and land was massive with beautiful roses and fruit tress. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was fabulous (I love cooking). You could entertain family and grandchildren and have an amazing Christmas or Christmas in July. Great facilities will definitely be going there again.

The gardens were a bit disappointing but perhaps by summer they will be spruced up a bit. It was a bit of a hike to walk around to the front door to get in but, in hindsight, perhaps we could have driven around even though there isn’t actually a driveway to the front door. Lots of friendly birds and other wildlife in the grounds.

Our stay at Stanthorpe Villa was wonderful. The home is enormous; well appointed with kitchen, entertainment and linen bits and very comfortable (in the main- yes the beds are hard as some have noted. Next time, I’d bring my own pillow). It was also spotlessly clean. Some may find the decor a little late 80s kitsch with its vertical blinds, vinyl flooring and dated kitchen but I loved the step back in time, knowing that this house has been a great family home. The pool room and fireplace were an added bonus.

Our stay at Stanthorpe Villa was wonderful. The home is enormous; well appointed with kitchen, entertainment and linen bits and very comfortable (in the main- yes the beds are hard as some have noted. Next time, I’d bring my own pillow). It was also spotlessly clean. Some may find the decor a little late 80s kitsch with its vertical blinds, vinyl flooring and dated kitchen but I loved the step back in time, knowing that this house has been a great family home. The pool room and fireplace were an added bonus.

Very large house, some areas closed. Handy drive to town. Quiet with large grounds for children. Lovely to have a wood fire for chilly nights. Some beds squeak.
