This condo was amazing! It was so close to town that we could just walk from the place. The condo was clean, had plenty of space, and we all enjoyed the hot tub and pool access! The only inconvenient thing was that we were only given one car pass and we had two cars with us. Otherwise, great condo and great central location!

Couldn’t ask for a better location, and the place is a really nice size. Being able to see the hot tub from the window and weather is is occupied is a major plus, and apparently according to a map in the elevator there is a 2nd on in the property but we never had to go looking for it. A few maintenance issues that could used addressed such as several places where the laminate or vinyl flooring is popping up and gorilla tape was just stuck over it to keep it down, but hopefully that will be addressed soon.

The location of this condo is excellent. It’s a very easy and convenient walk to the gondola. Loved the restaurants nearby as well. It’s also right across the street from a bank which you will need to get quarters for the laundry. That wasn’t fun.
Know before you go:
If you tend to cook like me, you’ll need to bring food storage containers for leftovers or at least pick up some aluminum foil. You’ll need to try and clean the oven before use because if you cook anything in it, the smoke will burn through the condo and takes forever to dissipate. It needs a good cleaning, but was bummed to find out the hard way. Kitchen definitely needs a good set of pans as well.
The master king bed is very comfortable (Heavenly Bed) but the room gets hot and there’s no ceiling fan or a way to open the window. It’s also very loud from traffic after 0600. But if you’re up early like us, not an issue. The wood floors throughout the condo are starting to pop up, so they have a lot of planks taped. It didn’t bother me, but just surprised to see it.
I will say that property management was excellent. The Keurig in the condo was old and clogged, didn’t work, so she brought us up a new one that same day. They were also super nice.
I sent them an email stating all this, so I would bet things will get updated to match the price. The views were lovely also.

Great location near main st and a quick walk to the free bus. The heated floors made the stay cozy and the big windows in the kitchen really accented the beautiful view! The bed in the loft was like sleeping on a marshmallow. Another plus was the spices in the cupboard. The kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the very best VRBO properties that we've stayed in anywhere! It was extremely clean, had great space for our family of four adults (husband, two young adults, and me), and it's SO convenient to everything. My family walked to the gondola that takes you up to the mountains and I walked into town for the shops, coffee places, and wonderful selection of restaurants. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better place and definitely plan to try to book this again when we return to Breckenridge!

The unit was nice in a very convenient location. Great access to downtown restaurants, shops, trails. There were minor problems - a beeping smoke detector - that took several days to get fixed.

Refrigerator was not working. The management advised they knew the unit had an issue but thought it had been repaired. The final fix was to put bags of dry ice in the fridge which froze all the items we purchased (milk, fruit, etc).
The flooring in the main bedroom was loose and dangerous.

It worked well for 4 people. The only complaint was some windows didn’t open to let breeze in at night. The managers did send fans and responded quickly to our requests.

We stayed for only a few nights but had a great experience while we were here. There was some issues with the fridge when we first arrived and management struggled to find someone to fix it quickly but they did everything they could to try and accommodate us. I was very satisfied with their response to our situation. The location of this unit was amazing! Only a short walk from Main St or the Gondolas. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a very nice condo and so close to Main Street with all the shops/restaurants. Only issue was we could only open one window in the kitchen and there were no ceiling fans (or a/c, which is common) so it felt a little warm at night. We were there in late July.

Overall it was a grata experience. Location was awesome just a 5 minute walk to town and 10 minute walk to gondola. The place was spacious and perfect for 5 people. Nice view of the mountains. Only complaint would be the quantity of soap and shampoo provided.

Great location with very comfortable beds!
Myself and two other family members stayed here over the MLK long weekend. I had the master bedroom on the main floor and my family members used the bedroom on the second floor.
We really liked the condo and would book it again for future trips to Breck.
Pros:
-Very comfortable beds (I have a few herniated disks and I slept perfectly.
-Supplied humidifiers to counter the dry Breck air.
-Free parking for one vehicle (2/3rds is covered parking and 1/3 is un covered parking. Its first come first served for covered parking, but it would be at least $30-45 if you are parking at the city parking ramp.
-Apple TV and Apple Pod
-Spacious master bedroom
-Ample beds (1 King, 2 queens, and I believe there is a fold out couch)
-3 bathrooms (most other condos only has 1 or 2)
-Very nice kitchen with plenty of plates, cooking pots, spices, etc
-Very nice master bathroom
-Area to store skis / snowboard upon entering the condo.
Cons (ish)
-The stair case to the second floor is a very tight steep metal circular staircase, which makes taking large suitcases up stairs, somewhat difficult, but I just had the young people stay up there and it worked out perfectly
-The 2nd floor has one bedroom that is sectioned off with a wall, which is great, but the other queen bed is in an open space that you must past through to get to the bedroom. If you have a family it is not a problem, but if you have 3 couples, then you just need to be aware that one couple will need to pass by the open bedroom area to go to the bathroom or to go down stairs. All in all, this was not a problem for us.
-Cleaning and service fees (I think this is common for all VRBOs, but expect to pay a few hundred dollars)
Notes for future guests:
-There are only a few ways to get to the Breck ski area and one is the Gondola that is only a 4-5 minute walk from the Condo. I would recommend being at the Gondola early as the first chairs start at 8:30. We showed up at 10:00 on MLK weekend and spent an hour in a 500 person line trying to get on the Gondola, so if you want to maximize your ski time hit the Gondola by 8:00 and be at the lifts starting around 8:30/9:00. Breck shuts down in the afternoon (4:00 pm I think) so you don't want to waste half of your day trying to get to the resort.
-The condo is only a few blocks walk from main street, which has all of the shops and restaurants, so I think this condo is in an ideal location and you likely won't need your car once you arrive.

Had a great weekend celebrating our son’s Birthday.
Place was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was the hot tubs were not open. That was the only request our son had in regard to the place. Hot tubs were listed as an amenity on the website and I also called to be sure they would be open that weekend and was told they were open.

We received a message around noon saying the room was ready. When we got to the condo around 3pm, the cleaning people were there cleaning. I knew that 4pm was check-in, but why send me a text mid day to say the room is ready? Otherwise, this was a great place for our needs!
