It is just a three block walk to charming Main Street where you can enjoy shopping, dining and nightlife. AMENITIES – Enjoy this nicely decorated multi-level townhouse with a private heated garage complete with ski racks and benches for easy and convenient storage in the winter. The garage leads to steps up to the living area, which features a wood burning fireplace, sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV and a private patio with views of the mountains. Go up another flight of stairs to the dining area with seating for six, a breakfast bar with three stools and a well-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and a full-size washer and dryer for your laundry needs. After a big day of skiing, soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed seasonally for maintenance in the Spring & Fall - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates. Excellent ski vacation location. Property has a great location near ski lift, bus stops and Breckenridge downtown. Property is as comfortable as the description. Enjoyed the well equipped kitchen for breakfast and dinner. Dishwasher stocked with soap to clean up after each meal. Comfortable living room to relax after skiing. Heated garage space was a welcome bonus to store ski gear and keep living space dry. Pool and spa are available, but group did not get into that space. Return from skiing on 4-Oclock run is across the street. Head to the slope either by short walk to Snowflake lift or ski down to Free Ride bus to gondola station. Definite repeat on this property for another trip to Breckenridge. Staff has excellent communication and interaction with any questions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is walking distance to the Snowflake lift, easy access from skis run to the house and so close to the village making it a fantastic location. The house it accomodated all our needs and is much bigger than the photos show. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and laundry and plenty of space. Highly recommended staying here and would love to return one day.

It's an easy walk to the lift and 4 O'clock Run makes it easy to get home for lunch or the end of the day. Would highly recommend.

Property was just like in the pictures. We know the location well, and selected this property for the space, its proximity to downtown, grocery store, and snowflake lift. Access to the hot tub is great and convenient. Well appointed townhome, close to all the things you want in a family ski trip.

I booked this property because my wife and I expected three other family members to Jon us at different times. Previously we had used our timeshare ownership status to book with the Grand Timber Lodge, just up 4’oclock Road from this property. Both my wife and I had allergic reactions to the rustiness of this listing. Despite my cycling almost every day for three weeks, I could.alleviate the impact of the dust on my eyes. My wife’s eyes only cleared up when she returned home. In addition I was struck that the master bedroom toilet was so low, more suited for an elementary age child than a mature 6’ 2 » adult. All of the appliances worked great and kitchen was well stocked on kitchen utensils. I don’t think we’ll stay here again. Back to Grand Timber in the future.

Location is a nice compromise between reasonable walk to the Snowflake Lift to ski/ride in the morning and a reasonable walk to Main Street in the evening. Wholly accurate listing and good use of space to provide separate beds for a family with adult/near adult children....we all had a great time!

The wood fireplace was the sole reason we booked this unit as our kids like s’mores, and helping build a fire. Ample wood in the garage.The pots and pans in the kitchen could be replaced as many had nonstick coating flaking off. Also, the downstairs toilet should be looked at as it struggle to flush several times.Overall great experience and a really good host as they messaged multiple times asking us if we needed anything.
