Entry light inoperative, Pet hair on carpet, Loose banister on lower half of stairs, Kitchen outlet inop-couldn't run garbage disposal - we fixed it ourselves. Water filter in fridge needs to be replaced. No front door key-made them aware on day 1, but they never brought one.Dishwasher was full upon arrival so we unloaded it. Not sure if the dishes were actually clean as the departure instructions say to run it even if there’s no dishwasher detergent. No kitchen sponge/dishcloth-called to ask and CS was like "kitchen washcloth" like it was the most preposterous thing ever asked for. She told me if I really needed one, to go buy one. Yet I'm required to hand wash any dishes before I leave that won't fit in dishwasher. Internet went out on our third night. Fixtures very dusty and the floors were VERY dirty (I used a wet Swiffer to get up some crumbs that we dropped and it was super dirty after a few passes in a small area.).Window open cranks-some don't work and Many Blinds are broken or don't work - On a previous review, the owner stated that this would be fixed by 2022-2023 ski season.There were no screens in the upstairs windows which made it stifling hot with all the window closed. We found a few in the main bedroom closet and installed them ourselves. Otherwise, it would have been too hot to sleep upstairs.Couches in terrible shape-finish is flaking off on couch and the pieces stick to your clothes (review two years ago- owner said they would be replaced)

The place was really nice and clean. Sandy was quick to respond whenever I had a question. I recommend this place. My family and I really enjoyed Breckenridge and the house.

It was a decent property that was great for 3 couples with 3 bedrooms/bathrooms. The sofa and loveseat has seen some wear. There is an electric fireplace in front of the real fireplace. There were bath towels, but no towels for the hot tub, so we had to wash towels frequently. The kitchen is well outfitted, but many of the dishes were chipped.
Enjoyed the hot tub off the deck. We also used the BBQ out on the deck. It was great to have a full size washer and dryer. The neighborhood shuttle to/from town was convenient and the drivers were super nice. Could have provided more dishwashing detergent and dish soap since we were there for 6 nights. Neighborhood was nice. We got snow and the snow plows were out quickly and frequently to clear the roads. And someone came and scraped the snow off the front patio and walkway!
All in all, it was a good stay!

What a beautiful house! Perfect for a mountain getaway. Such a convenient location and has easy access to the shuttle. Loved sitting in the hot tub at night looking at all the stars! Can't wait to go back!

My husband and I along with our two daughters aged 13 and 11 stayed here the first week of August. We really enjoyed the location and proximity to the biking trail. It’s a peaceful location. We enjoyed the hot tub on site as well. The garage was used a lot to house our bikes. The three bedrooms suited us well and the kitchen was well equipped to cook a variety of meals at “home”. Thenn be property was clean and check-in and out was easy - we didn’t have to go to any management office or otherwise. We showed up and had fun!

Colorado Trip at Highland Greens
The pictures show the house exactly like it was. The kitchen was well stocked and the neighborhood was very nice and beautiful for morning walks.
We were disappointed that the Windows were broken and not able to open. The temperature was 76 to 78 during the day and the upstairs was very hot due to windows not able to open.
They did have fans, but basically they just blowed hot air around. I would like to suggest you fix windows and certainly put a screen on sliding door to help cool off downstairs without bugs coming in.
The couch and love seat were so worn that the fake leather would get stuck onto your clothes. I did end up putting blankets on the backs of both to prevent us getting it onto our clothes. I would like to suggest a cover for both couch and love seat.
It would be nice to have extra towels for hot tub use or let visitors know to bring beach towels for hot tub!
We did have a Great time and all beds were very comfortable.

Upon arrival we had a complication with the property due to some construction on the building which caused a parking problem. Sandy stepped in and immediately solved the problem by offering us another unit which completely met our needs. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and consistent with the listing. The location is a quick drive to downtown Breckenridge or Frisco. The shuttle to ski at Breckinridge was extremely convenient and we enjoyed the hot tub / fireplace at the end of the day.

Great location, ample space for ~6 adults
Stayed here in March 2021, i.e. COVID restrictions applied, which definitely had an impact on overall stay in Breckenridge, but didn't materially impact our stay at the property. The hot tub wasn't ready for use for the first night which was a bummer, but by day 2 it was up to temperature and rest of the stay was great.

So Comfortable!
We loved our stay at 68 Chestnut. Everything was perfect. It was clean and there was plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub was super nice after skiing! We liked having a garage space for our truck.
The only issue was that the lockbox at the front door was hard to work. We just went in and out through the garage.

Literally a few steps from the house, we could utilize the shuttle service to hit the slopes immediately (it took us about 3 stops). Bob, the driver that runs the shuttle service is quite hilarious as well. The owner was very responsive to our needs and texted us before we arrived. The house was very comfortable for a group of 8. The place was well-stocked and the hot tube was a nice addition after some highly active days. I highly recommend this place for your vacation needs!

This townhome was awesome.
We really enjoyed our stay. So much that we extended for as long as the place was available. Communication was quick and easy. We enjoyed the hot tub every day. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook when we wanted. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in clean, spacious home!
We had a really wonderful stay at Chestnut Highlands. The home was spacious, comfortable and sparkling clean. There were five of us (two couples and one additional person) staying at the house, and we appreciated that each group could have their own bedroom and bathroom. Everything functioned perfectly, and the hosts were responsive if we had any issues or questions. We really enjoyed the warmth of the electric fireplace and that there was enough space for us all to be together on the main floor of the house. The kitchen had all of the cooking supplies we needed. The beds were really comfortable as well! The house wasn't too far from the main street in Breckenridge, and we had easy access to Frisco and Dillon as well. The neighborhood was lovely, too; we enjoyed greeting the friendly neighbors during walks around the neighborhood. We will definitely consider staying at this house again on our next visit to Breckenridge!

Our family of three had a great time during our stay. The home was very cozy and had everything that we needed. The couches were very comfortable and we loved the fireplace in the living room. The location was perfect for us. Beautiful area in a quiet neighborhood. We did some biking while we were here, so we loved the easy access to the Blue River Bikeway across the highway. Plus it was only about a 3.5 mile bike ride into Breckenridge! And the hot tub was a great bonus! We had a wonderful stay and hope to return someday.

Breckenridge stay
Had a wonderful stay at CHESTNUT HIGHLANDS with iTrip. We had an issue with the alarm beeping, but their wonderful staff member stopped by to resolve the issue. The kitchen is stocked with all cookware, silverware, and coffee maker. Salt, pepper, and coffee is provided also. Very clean! We will use iTrip again in the future.

This townhome was a great choice for our family of 6. There was plenty of space, with cozy comfy beds. The kitchen comes stocked with all the essentials. The hot tub is a wonderful gift after a long day. The location is easy to find and navigate. We would love to stay here again.
