The rental process was easy. Our family had a wonderful time enjoying Lincoln City and surrounding area.

The home was clean, cute and cozy. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The main floor gets really cold as the temperature declines, so we were very grateful for the portable heaters. Biggest complaints would be the ongoing stream of ants at the kitchen sink, a couple random quarter-sized spiders making their appearance, and uncomfortable beds. Would have also felt safer if the front door had a deadbolt lock.

The house was great for our family (5 adults)! Neighborhood was quiet dead-end street (a bonus). Open kitchen/dining/living room area made for awesome board/card games (provided) and puzzles (we left ours for the next lucky guests). Very short walk to beach access. Could have stayed a month:) CrossFit gym in Newport so that was awesome!

Over all decent place for a larger family. Close beach access and plenty of room. Having the pool table was great. Place could use some updates , especially in the furniture. The cleaning fee was very excessive for all the clean up that is required of the renters . Could use better parking accommodations as well.

House need a good cleaning. Couches in living room need to be updated very hard to get out. Location was great. People were great to deal with. All supplies in house were great.

We very much appreciate being able to charge our car with the 110 outlet by the front door. The house was comfortable and the easy beach access was great.

Nice home. It would of been nice to have a TV guide for the channels A little maintenance is needed. The refrigerator froze food and the tumbler in the front door didn’t want to release the key We had a great time. Enjoyed the walk on the beach. It was spacious and nice ocean view.

Wonderful location and space for a family to spend time together at our favorite beach. Beach access is so easy and the accomodations were perfect. 5 adults and 3 children and we all loved it! Owners did everything they could to make sure our stay was comfortable.

We took our kids and my in-laws with us to the house. It was a great layout and was in a perfect location. The short walk down to the beach and the short drive to the playground made it ideal for us. Kitchen was stocked with nearly everything we needed. We did bring a large cooking pan with us because making breakfast burritos with everyone is difficult with a small frying pan. We also brought our own beach towels and a couple regular towels just in case we needed them. The house had 6 bathing towels that stay in the house (not ok for beach.) There were lots of extras that were great for people with kids (games, pool table, beach toys, baby gear.) We will definitely keep this place in mind when we plan future beach trips.

We have rented homes in Lincoln City a number of times and like to try out different neighborhoods. This one is a very short walking distance to a beach access which our grandchildren loved. There is also a little playground about two blocks away. The great room and open kitchen were nice for our family to cook and eat together. Everyone enjoyed the pool table which we didn't have in other homes. The washer and dryer were pretty new which made it nice to wash up towels and beach clothes. I would suggest bringing your own kitchen cleaning spray and bathroom spray which is not provided like in other homes (we were there for six days so definately wanted to clean.) The dining table is plenty big for ten people and we had several nights playing cards sitting around it. The little TV room downstairs was nice when someone wanted to watch TV without disturbing others. It is a decent place for families to have fun at the beach.

Highly recommend for a large family... close to the ocean and shops!

We enjoyed our stay while celebrating three birthdays. there was plenty of room for the whole family to gather for breakfast. We enjoyed the pool table and beach toys. The beds were comfortable and plentiful.

This house was absolutely perfect. The photos of the house do not do it justice! It's even better than pictured. Having a view of the ocean from the large, open living room was so lovely. Plus, the house is only a few minutes walking to the beach. This was also the most reasonably priced house we found for how many people we were trying to sleep. Such a great value.

Year # 2 staying here and will probably never look elsewhere to stay!! Perfect house for my family and love the close proximity to the beach!!!

This is the third time we have rented this property. We love the location and the ease of beach access. It is nice to have an easy walk to the beach as we have a family member who has difficulty walking and this location suits her. We found the house works nicely for a multigenerational stay. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

The beach house was in a great location and accommodated our extended family very well. We were able to walk to the beach which was nice with kids. Having the internet, cable, and washer and dryer were also nice because of the kids. It was great being within walking distance of the shops on Hwy. 101 as well as a park. We enjoyed our time in Lincoln City.

Right when we opened the door there was a very bad odor coming from the bottom level. The bottom floor doesn't have enough heat. The odor smells like mildewed and must be due to no heat going to the bottom floor. The shower in the bottom floor did not work so we were left with one shower. The sofa bed in the living room on the bottom floor is lop-sided very uncomfortable. It was very hard to sleep downstairs due to the smell. The light in the bathroom upstairs did not work. All the furniture are worn out and needs to be replaced. This place needs a lot of updates and the bathroom issued needs to be fixed. Displays should not be rented to anyone until the odor on the bottom floor is gone because it is not safe for little children to stay downstairs. Also something has to be done to the heater downstairs to make it work before this please be rented to someone else. This place is definitely not safe because of the mildew smell.

Had a wonderful time! The house accommodated our family perfectly. Loved being so close to beach!! Had everything we needed. The house shows some wear and the kitchen could use some new pots and pans but over all well appointed. The downstairs never did get warm but we spent most of the time upstairs so it was ok. Would definitely stay again :)

Nice quiet street and easy access to anything you want to do in Lincoln City. Well equipted house for staying in entertainment as well. Thank you so much! Just loved it!

This beach house is perfect for a family of adults and kids!! My grand daughter loved playing at the park wich is only 3 blocks away.The beach access is literally steps away and the casino is located way to convenient for the big kids.Over all the house is spacious and includes everything you need.Would and definitely will be returning to this house again.

this beach home had everything you could need. It has a beautiful view, and is super close to the beach, we fell asleep listening to the ocean. Our last morning there we had the pleasure of seeing two mama deer and 2 babies enjoy the neighbors yard, and blue birds in the nearby bushes and trees.
