It was amazing! Perfect spot for us to spend our days in Florence. It was nice to feel like we were in a home instead of a hotel. Having a place to relax after a day of walking was perfect - we could take a "break" from feeling like travellers and put our feet up for a bit. The water pressure was great, being able to do laundry was awesome, and the bed was really comfy too. There are even extra blankets in case you want to cuddle up for a movie night on the couch. OH, and we also enjoyed cooking a couple of meals in the unit after getting fresh ingredients at the market! A++!! Would absolutely stay again!
For anyone who is a light sleeper, it is important to note that this apartment is directly on top of a club that goes until 2:00am. You can really "feel the bass" LOL - and hear the music . However, with the AC unit and the TV on, we were okay. But without those two things on it was quite loud.

It is clean, comfortable and perfectly located for us . Close to some great restaurants and just around the corner from the piazza Santa Croce , a short walk from the Uffizi gallery and the piazza Del Duomo. Altogether excellent it was our third year here and we will be back again.
As we are both old , we tend to find the circular stairs to the bedroom a little taxing, but other than that there is nothing to dislike.

Big space and staff were easy to deal with
Apartment was located above a nightclub/bar that closes at 2am every night and is very loud. Although ear buds were provided, you could hear everything
