EXPERIENCIA NEFASTA Y PELIGROSA: No es seguro y el trato es inhumano

La ubicación y la urbanización.

Hemos pagado casi 2.000 euros por una semana en este apartamento y la experiencia ha sido bastante MALA. La comunicación con el anfitrión ha sido nefasta desde el principio, demostrando que solo les interesa el dinero y no el bienestar de las personas.El último día vivimos una situación terrorífica. A las 6 de la mañana, un hombre saltó la puerta de nuestro patio privado y empezó a dar golpes fortísimos en la ventana gritando "¡Abridme!". Nos despertó a mi marido, a mi bebé y a mí. Mi marido le exigía que se fuera, pero el hombre seguía golpeando agresivamente. Solo se marchó cuando me vio a mí con el bebé en brazos; entonces saltó a la vivienda de al lado (donde, según nos confirmó el guarda después, se coló y se quedó durmiendo en el sofá de unos desconocidos). Pasamos muchísimo miedo y nos dejó una sensación de total desprotección.Al hablar con el guarda del recinto, nos enteramos de que la puerta del garaje llevaba más de un mes rota, facilitando la entrada de cualquiera. Por tanto, es una falta de seguridad grave y previsible del complejo.Lo más indignante ha sido la respuesta de la propiedad. Les envié un audio explicando la gravedad de este allanamiento y su respuesta fue extremadamente seca: ni una sola disculpa. Booking nos confirmó que, al haberse puesto en riesgo nuestra seguridad, nos correspondía una compensación económica. Sin embargo, el propietario ignoró las llamadas de Booking y, cuando respondió por email, se "lavó las manos" diciendo que es un problema de la comunidad, ignorando que su apartamento está dentro de ese recinto y él debe responder por la seguridad que vende.Además, la racanería del alojamiento refleja la clase de personas que son: un solo rollo de papel higiénico por baño y un menaje de cocina viejísimo y de pésima calidad (cuando renovarlo en Ikea cuesta poquísimo).NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA. NO ES SEGURO PARA FAMILIAS Y EL TRATO ES DENUNCIABLE. Adjunto captura del mensaje.
