"If you want to escape the everyday stress in our little mountain village of Mühlbach—the 'mountain village of animals'—you've come to the right place: 150 kilometers of marked trails 900-2900 m (High King) through meadows, forests, and rocky terrain. ‘The journey is the destination—the summit is just a bonus’ is the motto of our guide. Take time to play in the clouds of the Hochkönig massif, watch the antics of the marmots or cute chamois, and take a break by the cool mountain stream—explore the alpine plants and medicinal herbs. Walk in the footsteps of the miners—get to know the region and its people. New: an adventure park with free access (rollerblading, halfpipe, volleyball, soccer, handball court, street hockey, etc.)—perfect for the little ones. Our entertainer has plenty of surprises in store for you, and our kids’ train will take you everywhere. There are also playgrounds and a petting zoo in the mountain village.

The proverbial snow is one of the village’s hallmarks. The extensive ski area on the Hochkönig is easily accessible, with a total of 39 lifts and 150 kilometers of slopes at altitudes ranging from 900 to 2,000 meters. Experience it live at Amade Ski. Wir waren Weihnachten wieder im Appartmenthaus Hochkönig, immer wieder schön, gepflegtes Haus, super Lage, sehr nette Berteung,die Wohnungen sind sehr schön. Die gesammte Umgebung ist 5 Sterne Wert. Wir und unsere Freunde kommen gern wieder
