Third floor apartment with kitchen with table for 4 and adjacent lounge with low balcony with cushions.
Very sunny and ventilated, ideal for 4 people.
Double room and small room but with the possibility of a second comfortable bed.
The Cannaregio district, north-western part of Venice, extends from the Grand Canal to the Lagoon. It is a part of the city still densely populated today. The district is historically divided into two parts. An older one that overlooks the Grand Canal with its palaces, and the other more recent (especially the 600-700) most popular.

This property was perfect! And the host was even better! Probably the best host I’ve ever stayed with…he gave sooo much information, maps, travel books left in apt, wine in fridge, offered to help with luggage to the stairs, and so many recommendations from restaurants to grocery stores to transports. He was the best! The apt was amazing as well! Comfortable beds, clean, spices and coffee, soft towels and adequate AC. Location was quiet yet central to everything we needed. Highly recommend!!!!! Book it today!

This is fantastic accommodation for a family with teens. It’s close to shops, restaurants and transport links. Massimo is a fantastic host, he gave us so much information to make our stay as easy as possible with great tips. Beds are super comfortable and kitchen is well equipped to cook pasta if you’re too tired to go out after walking around all day. Thankyou Massimo!

Highly recommended! We had a terrific stay. The apartment was clean, quiet, well equipped and close to all amenities. Massimo is the consummate host. He was very friendly and provided excellent tips and information which really helped us to better navigate the city.Thank you Massimo!
