Situated in Las Vegas, this attractive house for $469 per night is a great option for your next vacation. 4 bedrooms, 3 bath! Lovely homel!! Very cozy place! 9 min from the strip--super easy with uber taxi or bus... Our home has a relaxing pool with waterfall,great outdoor seating and private yard. Great for families,friends or coworkers for shows or conventions. Baby and kids friendly The space Really 9 min from Las Vegas blvd!!;) Our place great for family! Kids and baby friendly!! If you need a crib or high chair pls ask before you arrive.. The house have a private parking!! Easily for 3 cars and more. Great for rv, boats or big trucks!! The place is super clean And very comfortable for a long stay. This house has a great kitchen and lots of space for everyone to make themselves comfortable! kitchen nicely loaded with everything you need to cook, bake and enjoy a nice dinner with your friends and family . The yard has a BBQ , and a fence for enjoyment and privacy Outdoor table and sofa for relaxation. Private pool with a solar heater We provide towels +towels for the pool. We have 55' tv with a lot of channels. We will always be there for you if you need our recommendation during your stay. General check-in is after 4 pm but we are flexible if the house available. Just let us know in advance. Check-out is at 11am to allow cleaning for next guest but we are flexible most of the time if you ask in advance. You are more then welcome to contact me for more info!!! Please keep the noise levels down. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PARTY ALLOWED IN OUR HOUSE. The property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Guest access The house and all its amenities are yours to enjoy! The Property has security cameras placed in the front area, and in the back pool area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons for everyone safety and security. In no way this infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned. Also, there are noiseaware installed in the back of the property in placed to inform use of any overly loud noises that would disrupt of neighbors. We respect your privacy You will not see us, except for emergency.. We are available by text, and happy to do what I can to make your stay comfortable and fun!

I am still in shock over this experience. We checked in and didn't even stay 2 hours before checking into a hotel room. The property is rundown, dirty and overall neighborhood seems unsafe. Several cracks in floors, doors, and blinds. Carpet torn. Pool was beautiful and very clean, but the water leaks out and under the house to front drive causing large area of standing water against the house and small puddle in back bedroom. Owner was very responsive to my calls and emails but unwilling to work with us on even a partial refund so now fighting it with my bank.

If your looking for above a 3 star style hotel this house is not for you it’s a little dated. If your looking for very clean well stocked lots to keep kids entertained and space to separate this is for you. I gave it a four star because the pool area could use some love, even after being cleaned it seemed dingy and a little slimy we own a pool so I am familiar with how it should look and feel after being cleaned. Also no lights outside for evenings and night time basically couldn’t use the pool once the sun went down.

Spacious and clean property in quiet neighborhood. The strip seemed a little far but we used Uber for easier transportation there. Close to shopping centers. Owner very accesible by message. Would consider starting here again.

We enjoyed this property. The pool was a must have with temps over 100!! Close to downtown, the strip and the airport! A close walk to a Mexican grocery store with a great juice bar and amazing pastries! The barking dogs from the neighbors were a little annoying but nothing that the owners of this home could control!!

When we walked in the house it had a weird smell. The pictures are deceiving and they may have been taken when the house was first redone. There are people living in the attachment located in the front of the house and you can hear the little girl through the vents. The pool area had kid floats all around the area and looked messy. Bees found their way into the house, I am thinking through the vents so that was a little scary. The beds were comfortable, the house sleeps 6 at the most 7 if you want to count sleeping on the couch a "bed". Strip is about 20 minutes away. Close to a lot of stores.

The house was great for a group of people, I would say it looks better in pictures than it did in person. the manager was quick to get back to us on any concerns we had. Only down side was that we were not aware another part of the house (this renter has no access to the part of the house we rented) was being rented out and led to some concerns which were cleared by the manager. I think if this was disclosed in an email prior to arrival this would have been no big deal. Overall the house had everything we needed.

The house is well stocked for cooking at home. The beds are comfy and everyone had plenty of room. The owners had all the necessities and more. The location was great for trips to store and a mall a few blocks away. The Strip and Fremont are short drives away. The kids enjoyed the pool and I loved sitting under the patio cover and relaxing.
