The location of this property was amazing! We were right by the beach and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. This place is so close to being a 10/10, but as is it is an 8/10. For cleanliness, overall the place was clean, but we did find a few things that were missed, such as moldy fries in the air fryer and dental floss picks left in the primary bathroom and on the night stand.In addition, the bed on the second floor was being held up with 2x4s instead of a bed frame. The double bunk had issues as well. The bottom mattress, which was full sized, had a twin frame, so it didn’t support two people. The top bunk had a cracked frame.The primary suite on the top floor had no closet and very little space to put clothes.Many of the closets and drawers throughout the house were in use with random things. There was one small trash can outside, which wasn’t big enough for a four bedroom place. The listing states it has a two car garage, which it does, but one side is filled with beach gear, freezers, and random things, so it cannot be used. The washer and dryer are on the other side, and when in use, the car has to be pulled out. There are two additional parking spaces, but they are shard by the three units. All of these things are easy fixes that will make this the perfect place to stay. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our stay.

This house has the perfect location, 1 minute walk to the sand and some of the porches had ocean views. Next to a beach park with showers and direct walkway to the ocean. This house has everything you might need for cooking and our family plus kids had a great time. Some of the rooms needed slight finishing touches to the upgrades and I’m sure that will be happening off season, otherwise it would be all 5 stars. We would stay here again.

This condo is very nice and in a great location at the beach and near many restaurants. However we had several safety and cleanliness issues. First, the garage door was open about 8 inches and wouldn’t close. And was so full there was no way to park a small car as we had been told. This was a major safety issue as was the lock on the front door was very flimsy. No safety bars in some showers, they might want to remedy this. Our last night there we decided to use the dishwasher for the first time and when I opened it, it was full of dirty dishes that had been there several days. The toaster oven was filthy with tons of food stuff in it. The window sill at the kitchen sink was full of dead insects. The balcony off the living room had a filthy table and you could not see well through the glass doors. One of our party lives on Flagler beach, right on the water, and said this was way over normal limits. Shower head needs to be replaced in upstairs bath, it just trickles water. The ice maker made an extremely loud noise that we thought the neighbors might complain but they didn’t. We did have a great time but wish the condo had been cleaner.
