About this condo rental
MOST beautiful sea view flat in Playa de San Juan. Better than hotel or resort. You can either chill out on the beach or from the balcony with this amazing view. Best location to stay and enjoy this fantastic beach just in front of you. All the best restaurants, bars and cafes are across the road. The flat is on the 4th floor, very airy, bright, modern and in a great condition. There is a tram and buses just a 5 minutes walking from the flat. The Supermarket Masymas-Fornés just two blocks away.

Nice comfortable double bed. Sunny balcony during most of the day in January with sea view. Clean apartment with all the luxury you want (dish washer, washing machine, dryer, sofa and large dining table. Huge master bedroom. Location at seaside with various restaurants within 500 meters walking distance. Safe private parking behind a fence. Great host, thank you Fabio for all te good care!

Two 75-year old friends, no wild parties, no craziness, and yet upon leaving everything just as we had found it, we received notice that we had damaged the flush mechanism of the toilet. We did not. I have no idea how said damage occurred or even if it occurred, but I was charged. And I can find no way to appeal this charge. I will look for any alternative to VRBO I can find in future.

The owner was extremely nice and communication was great. The place was big, amazing location, and looking great. Cleaning needs improvement!

L ubicación es excepcional, pero el piso necesita bastante mantenimiento y encima hay obras en la fachada trasera.

Muy bien en general la estancia.
En primera línea, muy buena ubicación. El piso está muy bien. Lo único que no tiene aire acondicionado y por la noche si abres las ventanas para que refresque entra mucho ruido del exterior (para personas que les cueste dormir con ruido puede ser necesario el uso de tapones para dormir).

Absolutely beautiful location, right on beach, close to everything. Bring ear plugs when noisy bars (up the side road) are active.

Top Strandlage und gute Ausstattung
Schöne Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern (1 großes, 1 kleines, aber je für 2 Personen möglich) einem Wohn-Esszimmer mit Balkon und genialem Ausblick, einer Küche und einem Bad. Es ist alles da und sauber. Gute Absprachen mit dem Vermieter und der Dame, die uns empfangen hat. Die Lage ist direkt am langen, sehr schönen Strand, im EG ist ein Cafe und ein Restaurant. Trotzdem ist es ruhig. Ein Supermarktin einem kleinen Einkaufszentrum und eine Markthalle mit Lebensmitteln sind fußläufig, ebenso viele Cafes und Restaurants. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist in 300m Entfernung und die Metro bringt einen sehr komfortabel ins Zentrum von Alicante. Am Besten eine 10er Karte kaufen. Alternativ kann man auch den Bus nehmen.
2 kleine Vorfälle wegen starkem Wind und Regenwetter hat der Vermieter gut und schnell gelöst.
