great place for our family! we had everything we needed and really enjoyed the layout with 1bed and bath on main floor and the other bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. pool was great too!

lovely villa- house made the stay very pleasant. Hosts very friendly and extremely helpful - if you want to visit this part of Croatia - I fully recommend the place.

Not great access to Trogir - which was not best place to visit mid high season anyway- very congested. Local area around the house was much more pleasant to stay.

Superb villa and pool, very clean. Shame about the roadworks outside. Nada and her daughter made us very welcome, they put fruit and a platter of meat cheese and salad in the fridge when we arrived and a bottle of wine. Excellent hosts. Great location in Segit Donji with its restaurants and bars and only a mile into Trogir. There is a boat taxi into Trogir too.

Not much really. The roadworks outside were a pain as we're the mosquitoes and ants. Not much the hosts could have done about those to be fair though .

The property is new and is well kept and well equipped and is very clean. The owners are really lovely people, they greeted us at the property and made us a lovely welcome platter with some home made wine. Honestly we couldn’t ask for more, they were so friendly and welcoming, they never once bothered us during our stay, but it was comforting knowing they were around if we needed them. The fresh fruit was delicious too!. The villa is in a great location with a bakery over the road, which sold fresh bread and cakes, along with the local supermarket (we didn’t use this, we went to the Lidl by car instead, but you can shop locally if needed). The villa is close to Trogir which is a beautiful place to visit.

Nothing this is an excellent holiday home. Not a negative at all, but a gas BBQ would be a plus.

Well designed space, perfect for five adults and two kids. Very comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, beach towels and equipment. Pool and nicely maintained garden made for a perfect holiday stay.

Just came home from a wonderful stay at Villa Iva with my family. The villa and the outside area were both very beautiful and clean. Great location in walking distance to Trogir and very close to some nice restaurants by the beach. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly and completely exceeded our expectations.

Villa is so modern, clean and spacious - pool great. Owners live next door so very helpful for advice etc.
