Apartment was very close to the main train station (~5 minutes by bus), it was clean and there was everything you would need during your stay (including spare towels etc.). We also asked for a crib for our 2 years old daughter and this wish was also fulfilled.
Nearby you can find smaller grocery stores, pizzeria and Lidl as well as a larger supermarket Esselunga (20 minutes walking distance). Bus station is in 1 minute away and in 5 minutes you are at main train station Verona Porta Nuova or in 10 minutes in the city center (24,73 buses).
We had a very warm welcome by Nicola who even picked us up at the main train station. It was really helpful, as we were travelling with our 2 year old daughter and were tired after our train journey.
Communication with Ombretta was also very friendly and she was proactively asking whether we need anything else or any support/advice.
