About this apartment rental
Quiet downtown apartment just minutes from bus and train station, Pier 1 and historic center. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room and living room. Parking available in the building. Close to museums, restaurants and shopping centers. Very quiet and cozy, newly renovated and with all rooms to the outside. Internet connection via Wifi, washing machine, oven, refrigerator and full kitchen.

The location of the property was great. The apartment also met all our needs and was within a 10 minute walk to the City Center. Alex was really responsive to any questions that we had. Had a great stay!!

This spacious, bright apartment was the perfect location for our 3 month stay in Malaga. The location was ideal--walking distance to beaches, the historic center, the bus/train station and numerous restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, etc.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The rooms were very large, with lots of windows. The master bedroom had an attached bath with a full size tub/shower. The kitchen was well equipped and had a standard size refrigerator/freezer. The utility room was attached to the kitchen and had a washing machine/dryer as well as a clothes line outside the window. The wifi was quick and reliable. The parking garage was in the basement of the building and was easily accessed.
We rented a car that we used to take trips outside of town, but when we were in town, the location of the apartment made it easy to walk everywhere or use the excellent public transportation. There were several grocery stores nearby--the largest was at the train station which was only a few minutes' walk.
Malaga is a lovely city--lots of great restaurants, historical sites and museums. There were activities going on all the time.
Alex was an excellent host--he always responded quickly before and during our stay.
We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is visiting Malaga.
