Host welcomed us to the property, and obviously took care to create a good impression,
The taxi app recommendation was very helpful, and the apartment is well presented.
Wasn’t able to open the shutters which made the rooms dark, had to remind the host we didn’t receive the promised wine which she immediately rectified but would probably have preferred some very basic items milk, bread and there were only three coffee pods. If I wanted to delight my guests I’d have probably left some delicious pastries

We really liked the location as it was close to the Colosseum, several restaurants and a little grocery store.. Host was friendly and responsive and the room was really cute and clean!
It was very hot and the air conditioning was not working when we were there. Also, the people in the room beside us were making strange noises all night long, which of course, is out of the Hosts control. These are only temporary issues, normally I would have rated this place as a 10.

Location. 15 min walk to all major sites such as Colosseum, shorter to crypts, restaurants, and Basilicas

The location was great. Easy five minute walk to the metro which was one stop from Termini station. Lots of good restaurants, convenient stores, and cafes near by. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Emanuela

The host was so nice and always available to answer questions. The apartment was great and fully equipped.
Walking distance to two metro train stations. Both are on the A line which take you to most of the main attractions. Great restaurants, bars and supermarkets near the apartment.
The apartment complex (building, not the apartment ) is rundown.
At night it is quiet noisy and neighbours were loud.

Perfect stay, very welcoming, great location close to the metro. Accommodation had everything that you could need. TV`s in all rooms, great coffee machine. Lovely welcome gift and so many towels.
Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you.

Emanuela’s apartment is easily accessed by walking from Termini or taking the metro. The apartment is kept very clean and has all basic requirements. it is a good size for a couple or three people. Emanuela responds quickly to all correspondence and is a generous and friendly host who helped make our stay in Rome comfortable.

Perfect location! Very spacious and comfortable. We had a great time. There is even a little shop next to the door to the building so you can grab water, snacks, beer...whatever before going up. Great communication and some helpful suggestions before we arrived. Would definitely stay there again and will likely recommend to my friends.
It's not that I didn't like it...but if you are planning on more than one person, or you are going to be preparing meals in the flat (why would you? The food and drink we had out in the nearby areas was amazing!), the selection of plates and drinkware is limited. I bought a beer at the little shop but had to drink from the bottle (not a complaint, but some people would complain 🙂)

Good space and washing machine. Nice restraunt around the area. Some basic consumables.
AC very noisy and inefficient. Not enough mugs and Bowles. Building old and intimidating. Small single room.

Emanuela was a most welcoming, helpful and accommodating host. She gave us excellent suggestions of what to visit on our trip and was always very prompt to reply to my messages. There were lots of towels provided and she even left us a welcome gift. We loved our time here.

No breakfast was provided, but none was expected. The rooms were comfortable although a little smaller than expected. Location was great for getting around Rome via Metro.
The beds were a bit short for us; we’re over 6’ tall so need something bigger.

Emanuela’s place was excellent. Clean and with all the necessary equipment for a week’s stay for my adult daughter and myself. A ten to fifteen minute walk from Termini Station but there’s a 1-stop metro on the piazza 5 minutes from the apartment if you don’t feel up to walking down.
The apartment is on the 4th floor with a small lift large enough to hold 2 persons and 2 suitcases. There are 3 large windows in the apartment overlooking the road below with a view over the square and once the outside shutters and inner windows are closed at night, there’s no noise at all. The two bedrooms were well equipped with cupboards (hanging space and shelves), comfortable beds and ‘bright’ lighting at night which is often lacking in rented apartments. And they were pretty. There were so many towels provided that we had to stack them in the cupboard.
The washing machine is good to have in the apartment unlike some where you have to take your clothes to another level and the dishwasher is a great asset if you don’t go out for every meal. We had breakfast in and stayed in 2 evenings but otherwise ate out. Oil, salt, pepper and coffee were left in the kitchen and coffee pods provided by Emanuela which my daughter thought was great. There was also plenty of shower gel and soap and loads of toilet paper.
We loved Emanuela’s apartment - thoughtfully and lovingly appointed and a TV in the living space and in each bedroom. How nice a touch is that? Never had that before in any rented apartment.
There is a general store on the ground floor of the building one side of the entrance door and a bakery on the other side. So convenient and the general store was open early morning till really late. There’s also a small café across the road which opens very early if you want breakfast out. And five minutes of walking to your left brings you to 3 or 4 bars which are really well patronised almost all day. Also some nice restaurants down the side streets.

modern, clean, well equipped, cozy, central but not too central. You can buy groceries and food close by.

Very nice apartment, spacious, clean, nicely decorated and with all the facilities needed. The plus point was to have air conditioning during a very hot June week!
Location is also convenient close to Metro and not far from Roma Termini station. Emmanuela met us on arrival and was very friendly and explained everything to us.
Nothing worth mentioning.

Emanuela was very kind to us, made an early check-in and a late check-out that best fitted with our plane schedule. Everything was clean, the furniture and appliances are good quality. She takes time to send a message to the guests with recommendations with places to eat/supermarkets nearby and also offers you coffee capsules on the house. Little things that make you feel welcomed. Overall a great experience
I don't find anything bad to say.

The apartment was very clean, there was a lot of light and the white furniture made the space look very big, there were all the needed appliances (washing machine, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee machine with the capsules). It has been always quiet and the host was very available.
The heating was tricky to turn on, the first day we remained in the cold because it could not be turned on with the remote control.

Emanuela was always available when I had questions. Everything was clean and tidy when I arrived. She even provided free coffee. Perfect stay in the heart of Rome!
