Comfortable stay, within walking distance to Colosseum and other sites.
Comfortable, basic, clean room. Good AC. Good breakfast. Wifi worked fine. Nice, helpful staff.
Room's bathroom had the single sheet toilet paper dispenser. Prefer the toilet paper rolls.

Exceptional
Apart from the cleanliness, the very helpful staff, the room comfy, the balcony across from my room where I could have a smoke was its location to all the main attractions for first time visitors like me.

Cheerful, light, well kept room, great value.
Really good location, less than 15 minute walk to Collesseum and an underground station just around the corner for easy access to the rest of the city. A couple of supermarkets for general supplies are really close by, and there's plenty of restaurants in the area if you don't want to eat in the more touristy areas near Trevi. Immaculately clean with housekeeping coming in every day. Hotel was nice and quiet and I slept like a log each night! I was a solo female traveller, always felt safe coming to and from the hotel and was reassuring to have someone on the front desk at all times. Breakfast was great- plenty of variety on offer and set me up for the day.
The only thing some people may see as negative is how basic the room is- however having said that I didn't spend a lot of time in it and didn't feel that I needed to be entertained beyond reading my book for half an hour before sleep- so as long as you're not expecting a lot of bells and whistles it was a perfect place to crash and rest your head after a long day of sightseeing.

Great relaxing and friendly.
The tea/coffee in the rooms and close to train station. The waiting room and internet.
It was a bit tucked away so finding a restaurant wasn’t hard but not exactly easy either.
