Welcome to this pair of TWO 10 Bedroom/10 Bath Pool Homes side by side situated in one of the best luxury resort community in central Florida Encore Club at Reunion with State of Art water park and 3 onsite restaurants. Just refreshed and restocked in January 2019. Whether you are planning for family reunion or corporate outing, This fully equipped 10 bedroom luxury vacation villa will afford you and your guests comfort and luxury for a memorable vacation. Providing combined 8580 sqare ft of air conditioned living space, this luxurious villa offers ample space for all your guests to gather and privacy when you need it at night. Our home is professionally furnished and decorated, large screen LED TV in family room and all bedrooms. Cable TV and high-speed WiFi internet are complimentary for our guests. Large pool deck has spacious covered lanai and heated pool and spa for you to rewind and entertain after a long day at scheme park. Just minutes from Disney, and easy access to many great restaurants of the Formosa area of Kissimmee, Encore Club at Reunion provides one of the best amenities in central FL including theme park style aqua park, 16,000 SF clubhouse with full service bar and fast casual restaurant, private dining, sports and fitness center. Encore Club offers complimentary shuttle services to Disney, Universal and SeaWorld. If you are in a mood for a round of golf, there are several first class golf courses minutes from our home. On ground floor, we have a wheelchair accessible master suite (please note that there is a 2" lip on the front entrance doorway), and 2 oversized king master suites. On 2nd floor there are 3 king suites, a huge double queen suite, 1 full/full bunk bedroom and 2 double twin bedrooms. Our Villas can accommodate up to 44 people in beds! The Kitchen is equipped with granite count tops and 2 full size stainless fridges. There are pull up bar seating in the kitchen beside 2x 8 seating dining tables and 2x6 seating patio tables. 2 sets of Washer/dryers, and 2 dishwashers are provided, so are 2 strollers, 2 high chairs & 2 Pack ’n’ Play cribs for the very young ones. Air conditioned game room has media room with Xbox one and Foosball table for our guests' enjoyment when you come home from theme park visit. You're close to all world renowned attractions, Disney is 10 mins, Universal Studio/Island of Adventure and Sea World/Discovery Cove are 30 mins, Busch Gardens is 1 hour, LegoLand is 45 mins, Interstate 4 is just a couple of mins away from our home. The state of art 16,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece in this resort, it includes a huge resort-style pool completed with exciting water slides – perfect for families to enjoy for hours. When it’s time for a drink or a bite to eat, the onsite restaurant & Lounge will serve both your favorite libation along with a tempting menu for poolside dining. With all the latest in cardio and strength building equipment, the fitness center will keep you tone while on vacation. For some friendly competition, there are sand volleyball courts, lighted tennis courts, as well as a multi-purpose sports court. The entire pool deck is equipped with wireless internet. In addition, a sundry shop is located in the clubhouse along with children's activity center if you need to pick up something quickly.

40 of us stayed in 2 houses for the weekend for a family wedding. House was laid out perfectly, pool was amazing, everyone had a great time. The host was wonderful, answering questions before the weekend, would definitely recommend.

Everyone enjoyed the stay, advertised 3 kings on lower level only 2 kings 1queen. Handicap bathrooms need grab bars and bench. The problems we encountered were quickly resolved. Had a great time would visit again.

The facilities were excellent and Shawn was always quick to respond to questions. One of the pools was too hot to use, but the property management got on it as quickly as they could. The kitchen could be better supplied with utensils and pans.

A clean and spacious rental with private pool was the perfect place for our large family reunion. We had 50 people ages 3-84 in three units. We easily gathered for meals and parties. The private pools were perfect for the kids and adults to be together. Plenty of outdoor seating areas by the pool for morning coffee and evening conversations. Indoor long dining tables and plenty of chairs gave us generous space for meals and games. Being close to Disney parks meant we could come home during the mid afternoon heat to cool off, and then easily return to the park for the evening. Excellent place!

The houses were very nice and relatively clean.
The pools were not clean and I called Jeeves to have them cleaned and they never called back.
Shawn was very responsive. Overall my family and I had a very nice stay.

My family enjoyed both houses. The only complaint that we all experienced were too warm in both houses. One of the house rule was that we couldn’t adjust the AC unit below 72’ degrees. I highly recommend that you install ceiling fans in each room. Overall we had a great time.

Overall we had a wonderful vacation. There are several things in the homes that really need attention. I think it’s just wear and tear, but the homes suited our purpose. A few upgrades would really make a difference.

The property was an excellent choice for our company work retreat-20 adults. The facilities were excellent, the location easy to access and it was a very productive few days without having to be in a more formal hotel environment. IN addition, many staff members thought the properties would be excellent for family holidays if 'Disney' related. The only minor, and very minor criticism would be that a more careful inspection should be done before 'check-in' as there were many lights (bulbs) not functioning. However, this was quickly addressed as well as if there were any other issues, a coffee machine was not working, they were addressed VERY quickly. Could not have asked for more. Highly recommend!

We rented the two houses next door to each other. Had issues with the pool and hot tub heat in the one home for the majority of the week. Pool hot and hot tub cold. Overall a good experience.

This was a great place to stay. We needed a bigger place to stay as we had family from everywhere joining us for my son's 5th golden birthday. The place was nice as it provided plenty of space and beds for us. We enjoyed our stay very much. We rented both sides. The host was great responding to any issues we had. The pool didn't heat up because of a filter but that was ok because everyone just took turns with the other side of the pool. Shawn definitely is a super host!! Thank you for allowing my family to stay at your beautiful home. Perfect for large groups and families. Definitely will be back herr if we can get a large group like this in the future.

The price, location, and amenities made sense for a large family. We might use the same location for our next family reunion. However, there were some broken furniture and we had to call maintenance a few times. We enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

We booked these houses to accommodate our large family with a range of ages from 1-50 and it suited our needs. As always there were some issues, mostly minor.
Pros:
- The houses were very clean! Probably the cleanest rental I've ever booked.
- Close to the theme parks, a 10-15 minute drive to get there
- The water park in the community was so much fun for everyone
- The en suite bathrooms for each room was convenient
- Rooms were spacious, had enough sleeping space for everyone, and the layout of the bedrooms was good for families of all sizes to stay close together.
- Private pool was great, hot tub too. Pool alarm provided peace of mind with so many little kids running around.
Cons:
- Wifi and cell phone reception was nearly nonexistent. We were not able to send/receive messages, emails, calls, or complete any tasks on our phones. For this reason, after the first day I was not able to communicate with the owner on issues that arose. It made it difficult to get things done when we needed to.
- Traffic in the evening was awful. Would take 45-60 minutes to complete a short drive
- I think the first two issues may have to do with the large number of people visiting Orlando during Thanksgiving, but who knows.
- One of the houses had a water heater that didn't work well. So it was cold showers for one week.
- Our pool heat was shut off mid week. Maintenance said there was an issue, hopefully it was resolved.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

First let me say, the owner, Shawn was an excellent host. I contacted him concerning the storm and he was very informative concerning the property and Orlando. A very pleasant gentleman who answered all of my questions.
This property did not disappoint. I could mention a few minor issues, ie normal wear and tear as with any house, but it didn’t detract from the overall appearance of the property. The pictures of the property were spot on, the furniture was of high quality and the location was excellent. Family members praised the fact that you couldn’t tell that others were in the home once in your private room. The children enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the patio to the fullest. There was plenty of equipment in the home for cooking, equipment we didn’t find until the last day because we had brought much of our own. I could go on and on, but I’ll just say that I would rent these properties again and again. Thank you Shawn for having us. I got rave reviews from many family members and a memory to last a lifetime.

Both house next to each other made it more enjoyable. Due to hurricane couldn’t use the other club room amenities. Also had to extend the stay for few days Mr. Shawn was very helpful.

The property was fair at best. The entrance door handle broke and we were not able to get into the house for three hours which pushed our activities back missing our visit to the waterpark with the children due to the park hours. there were a lot of broken items there and issues that should have gotten taken care of prior to our arrival.

Location was perfect for our large (40 people) reunion.
We rented two houses side by side. The kids enjoyed the pool and waterpark and the adults enjoyed having space to congregate and separate rooms for each family / groups of kids.
There were some minor issues but they were resolved quickly - (broken patio door handles, garbage disposal not running).
My only suggestion would be to include one extra broom in each home.

I was beyond pleased with this vacation rental, property management, and the owner! I booked well in advance and had plenty of questions for Shawn which he answered and accommodated us on. We had 40 people and this was more than enough space for us. Super comfy and really felt like home! I wouldn’t change anything and I’m so glad we chose this. Thank you all so much!!

What a great time we had! With such a large family, finding accommodations is always difficult (38 ppl). What a blessing to find two homes, side-by-side. The pools at each house were small but plenty enough for the AM dip or PM splash for the kids as there were only maybe 8 kids in the pool at any, one, time (the teens waited to enjoy the pool when the "little" kids were away). We did have to walk out the front door to go between the two homes but that didn't seem to be an issue. (There is no way to move between the houses through the back yard.) The homes were walking distance to the clubhouse and Aqua Park (just about 1 block). Thank goodness, no need to pack the car to drive over. We all thoroughly enjoyed the Aqua Park! We did rent two cabanas since we were such a large group, great decision. Shawn was very responsive to all my questions and the on site management company was easy to reach for any issues (door code didn't work initially as our party arrived at about 3:50pm instead of 4pm, pool pump at one house had a pipe break so was spraying water over to the neighboring home, and the water in 1 shower wouldn't turn off due to a worn gasket). These homes were very well appointed with lots of pool towels, extra blankets, pillows, and cookware. The booking info was up-front about the limited essentials that would be provided: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, etc. All in all, we had an awesome vacation together and cannot wait to be back!

Overall the property was nice, it was a perfect size for our family, however the outside of the house was not maintained as it should be. The patio/pool furniture was terrible for the 191 Lasso Drive property. There were no useable cushions and much of the furniture was torn or damaged. I reached out to the maintenance company 4 times, but did not get any resolve. I also reached out to the owners including sending him pictures of the moldy torn furniture which was on the side of the property. He promised to get the furniture replaced but that did not happen while we were using this property. We also let the maintenance company know of a lot of cigarettes butts on the ground around both of the houses we rented. Besides these items mentioned here overall we enjoyed our vacation.

The houses side by side were great for our big group, enjoyed the pool and lots of space. Gated community was awesome with lots of stuff nearby. Would have been nice to have more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a week long stay, but everything else was great.

We rented these houses for a corporate offsite. It was great to have so many bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. It gave us the great blend of lots of common space to spend time together, but nearly the privacy of a hotel when you were back in your room with your own private bathroom.
The house is in good condition. The kitchen was adequately stocked with the basics, though in some cases we had to run over to the other house. (For example, one house had way more coffee mugs. One house had no wine glasses, the other had 13.). Beds were comfortable. The dining area is huge, and can be configured as a large table or two smaller tables. There are some signs of wear in the family room furniture, but nothing we found concerning. The pool and hot tub were great. We ended up paying to heat both of them which was a fair amount of money as we weren't sure which one would get used.
The houses are run by a professional property management company, and Encore is setup to deal well with families or groups coming in and out. On one hand its really nice - getting access to all of the Encore features like the pool and fitness center is really easy. On the other side, it creates a required structure to deal with the scale that brings some rigidity in dealing with things like early check-in or late check-out.
The Encore clubhouse and pool are only a few blocks away. We got some waterslide time in, which was a fun bonus. The restaurant was solid too.
We enjoyed our stay and would rent here again.

We loved staying at these two units. We had a large group and both houses provided plenty of room. Every body had their own bedroom and bathroom. The pool and outside was great. Waterpark for the kids. It is around a 15 minute drive to the Disney properties which was great. I would definitely say here again.

My husband and I got married at the courthouse and invited family and friends to spend the weekend in Kissimmee with us. The houses were perfect for 40 guests. They were clean and spacious. Everyone was comfortable and impressed with the accommodations.

The size of the houses and number of rooms was wonderful, each room having its own bathroom was great and I believe during this time (covid) made it cleaner and less risky. Shawn was very helpful and responsive. It was a nice mostly quiet neighborhood. I would definitely suggest getting the pool and jacuzzi heated, extra cost, but the night swimming is amazing.
Our only challenges were that our trash was never picked up and I didn’t call about it until the last day, but Jeeves (the company) was good about it and would handle it once we checked out! The other thing was the address on the listing when we booked was not the correct address, we didn’t get the actual address until days before- that poses a problem when sending the info to 28 people over a few months time and then changing the address last minute for them! However, I think that could be changed by asking when you book for the actual location address!!
