In the heart of the valley at an elevation of over 900 meters, this apartment is part of an old farmhouse, a style very characteristic of the High Vosges.

Surrounded by meadows and forests, it’s an ideal starting point for hikes in the surrounding area.
In winter, the meadows become a wonderful playground for our little angels, and snowshoeing is easily accessible from the lodge.
Sports activities: Winter: Alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, the village ice rink... Snow walks. The snow is right at your fingertips.
Discover the “shrooms” website, featuring peaks that are a wonder even in winter.
Depending on the weather, you may be able to see Mont Blanc.
In the summer, the lakes of Gérardmer and Longemer, as well as Lake Crows, welcome you. Hiking is possible everywhere. IGN maps and guidebooks, as well as the Vosges hiking trails, will help you. In case of bad weather or to stay in shape, there’s the swimming pool.
Additionally, in the summer: sledding, paragliding, rock climbing, tennis, trial biking, mountain biking (many trails starting from the rental shop), road biking with nice elevation changes, skating on the Greenway, several tree-climbing parks in the area (a very beautiful one in La Bresse with bungee jumping and a fantastic cable course) .... round out your activities in every season
Heritage, terroir: From local wine (wine made from excellent fruit) to the renowned wines of Alsace (wineries are within an hour’s drive) will pair perfectly with Munster cheese, which you can find at the Sunday market.
Local museums recount the region’s industrial history (textiles, woodworking).

Une super vue ....une semaine au calme...

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à 5, 2 adultes et 3 enfants, dans cette ancienne ferme qui est très bien située et surtout au calme, ( ce que nous recherchions).
Mme Viry est très accueillante, nous avons en plus, été reçu avec une excellente tarte aux mirabelles faite maison, un véritable régal. Nous la remercions sincèrement pour sa gentillesse. Nous avons bien profité des paysages que ce lieu nous a offert, de belles randonnées à faire directement de la location. Et beaucoup de belles choses à découvrir dans les environs.
Un séjour parfait pour se ressourcer et nos enfants ont apprécié l'espace qu'ils ont eu pour jouer.
Nous sommes ravis et recommandons ce lieu.

Très bon accueil de la part de madame Viry, un chalet un peu sombre mais idéal pour cette semaine de ski à la Bresse. Neige autour du chalet et possibilité de faire de la luge dans le pré. De plus étant le dernier chalet de la rue, nous avons pu profiter d'un grand calme reposant.

le gite se trouve a 900M d'altitude et au calme , et à proximité de sentiers de randonnée , nous avons fait de bonne découverte dans les Vosges , la propriétaire est sympathique et dynamique , salon seulement suffisant pour 4 personnes .
