About this apartment rental
The apartment, completely renovated in autumn 2015, can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The south-facing balcony offers an exceptional view of the ski area (1st floor above the slopes). Direct access to the slopes, at the bottom of the residence, where the "Roc de Péclet" ski school is also located. Similarly, return "skis on feet". The residence, family and very quiet, is located 200m from the village center, shops and restaurants. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 140/200 bed and 2 80/195 bunk beds with new quality bedding), a bathroom with shower, separate WC, an open kitchen, a living room (with a sofa bed). It is comfortably equipped for 6 people: oven, microwave, dishwasher, vitro hob, toaster, electric kettle, NESPRESSO coffee machine, traditional electric coffee maker, raclette machine, 1 TV lounge, 1 TV parental bedroom, player DVD... Ski locker on the ground floor of the residence. WIFI: 3 possibilities: 1. The Val Thorens wifi passes through the apartment, you will need to register with the tourist office to obtain a weekly code (around € 20). 2. If you have a boxFree, there is a hotspot which allows you to log in with your personal identifiers directly. 3. 4G goes into the apartment and allows you to share a connection between your mobile4G and your tablet or computer. The resort of Val Thorens is pedestrian during the season (11/21/15 to 5/15/16); remember to reserve your parking space on valthoparc. com. END OF STAY CLEANING IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. RENTALS ARE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. The keys are handed over by a concierge service which carries out an inventory on the day of departure, by appointment. The rental does not include the supply of sheets and towels but you can rent them from this same concierge service. Pets not allowed. Non smoking rental.

Lovely apartment that looks right out onto the slopes. Very well decorated and equipped with everything you need - all tastefully done.
Great position meant it was super easy to ski out to ski school in the mornings and a short walk to the shops/restaurants.
Great communication from Audrey - instructions were easy and clear and lots of information.
Will definitely book again!

Great property, had everything we needed, including a bottle of fizz in the fridge when we arrived. I think the description in order to collect the keys could be improved, (minor though) and the cleaning of floor areas could be improved upon, particular in the bedrooms, (again minor and didn't cause ourselves any great concerns).

Chaleureux et vue magnifique
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement offre une vue directe sur les pistes. Il suffit de contourner le bâtiment pour chausser les skis. La cuisine est idéalement équipée, TV, wifi... Rien ne nous a manqué. La résidence est proche des commerces et des restaurants. Le descriptif et les photos sont parfaitement fidèles.

Accommodation is underneath the entrance hallway, stamping of boots can be heard from 5am to 2am the bedroom was unusable due to boots entrance hall noise, we ended up sleeping on the sofa (didnt help much) I wanted to leave after the 1st night. Seemed to be a party building with loud music playing well into the late night.
Would not recommend as it ruined our holiday.

Stylish and cozy home on the slopes
Great apartment with balcony right on the foot of the slopes. Ski-in, ski-out. It is clean, renovated and close to all amenities. We will definitely be back for our next trip.

L'appartement idéal
Nous apprécions chaque année de revenir dans ce superbe appartement. Il est toujours très bien entretenu et chaque année amélioré. Sa proximité avec le centre-station est un vrai plus. Au pied des pistes il offre une vue spectaculaire sur les montagnes. La pièce à vivre est de bonne taille et permet de passer de bons moments en famille sans se sentir à l'étroit (ce qui est rare au ski). Salle de bain neuve et très agréable. Fenêtres à l'avant mais aussi à l'arrière, ce qui permet une bonne aération de l'appartement. Le quartier du Roc de Peclet est très calme et l'immeuble également. Les échanges avec le propriétaire son toujours très agréable et l'équipe Atoutservices est disponible à tout moment grâce à leur boutique à proximité. A peine partis, nous rêvons de notre prochain séjour.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement, du 12 au 20 février 2021, avec nos jumeaux de 6 ans.
L'appartement est parfaitement adapté à une famille avec 2 enfants. Les chambres sont bien meublées, la literie est bien. Gros avantage : le wc est séparé de la salle de bain.
Le salon / salle à manger est grand, avec une pleine vue sur les montagnes, et le coucher de soleil.
L'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description de l'annonce.
Merci à Audrey pour son accueil, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Un bel appartement avec toutes les commodites. Un amenagement style chalet qui est en accord avec l'air de la montagne. Les commerces sont proches et achalandés.

Il est toutefois surprenant d’être aux pieds des pistes et de ne pas avoir d’accès direct ( accès par rampe à 30 m de l'immeuble)
La vaisselle de cuisson ( casserole, poêles...) seraient à changer
Assez bruyant en raison de son emplacement sous l'entrée de l'immeuble

Appartement parfaitement rénové, agréable, fonctionnel et au pied des pistes
Nous venons de passer une semaine très agréable dans cet appartement totalement rénové avec goût et tout à fait fonctionnel. Literie de bonne qualité, TV dans salon et dans la chambre, cuisine tout équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Balcon avec vue imprenable sur les pistes. La pièce principale est spacieuse et agréable pour les soirées en famille (rare dans les appartement au ski). Accès aux pistes très facile. Résidence calme et propice au repos après le ski. Proximité des commerces, des restaurants et du centre médical. Le Parking P0 est accessible en quelques minutes (pensez à réserver). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Gezellig en knus appartement op perfecte locatie
Mooi appartement met veel sfeer op een prachtige locatie. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Minpuntje is dat de verwarming voor het hele appartementencomplex geregeld wordt en je zelf dus niets kan regelen, waardoor het op de slaapkamer heel erg warm was.

Wir haben ein geschmackvoll gestyltes und überdurchschnittlich ausgestattetes Apartment mit direktem Ausblick auf das Skigebiet vorgefunden.
Lediglich die fehlende WLAN-Verbindung ist zu bemängeln. Über die 2 TV-Geräte sind leider nur französische Programme zu empfangen.
Zwar werden im Gebäude Skischränke nicht jedoch Trockenräume für Skischuhe vorgehalten.
Die Skipisten sind nach wenigen Metern zu erreichen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten in den zentralen Parkhäusern sind begrenzt. Eine vorherige Buchung ist zu empfehlen.

Appartement ( et accueil ) très sympa.
Seul bémol, il est situé juste sous le hall d'entrée, donc, avec les bruits de chaussure de ski, pas de grasse matinée pour ceux qui le voudraient.
Sinon, appartement très bien équipé et très bien placé.
