Nestled in Lakewood, this lovely house for $409 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3bedroom/2bath house. Newly remodeled, inside and out! The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, with own master bathroom and soaking tub. The other rooms are furnished with queen-sized beds, comfortably accommodating up to 8 people. The cozy living room is furnished with 2 full size couches, love seat, large TV and fireplace. The kitchen is perfect for dining in. We have a dining table and kitchen table for eating and entertainment. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer for you convenience. The enormous back yard is equipped with an inset fire pit, 20x30 sandbox with wood play-set for the kiddos and a huge patio. The driveway is equipped to hold 8 vehicles if travelers are arriving separately! Very spacious inside and out with an open layout! Also, we are one block away from Walgreens, Target, grocery store, liquor store, Sloans Lake Park, pizza, and 3 blocks from bars! 5 min uber to the heart of Downtown (Including Pepsi Center and Mile High Stadium)! We are located walking distance to dispensaries but ask NO SMOKING of any kind in the house as we like to keep our property immaculate for the next guest! Thanks, we hope you enjoy your stay! Great stay everything was close by the street is pretty busy but can't hear the traffic once inside the house at times it was hard to get out due to traffic house was nice and big spacious the children loved the back yard played out there for hours the house did make a lot of noise when walking around inside but over all a great house to stay at

We (my spouse and I) rented the residence to celebrate the Christmas holiday with our children and grandbabies. We had a wonderful time and it was so helpful to have the grocery store, target, and a liquor store within a 5 minute walk from the house….so convenient for last minute items. The owners were quick to respond and so helpful with suggestions on things to do, places to eat. We will hopefully get another opportunity to stay there again in the near future. Thank you so much for helping us create a lifetime of holiday memories.

Inside of the house was great, plenty of parking, nice back yard. The neighborhood was sketchy. We would rent this property again. Our hosts were great and even stopped by when our internet was not working properly.

There were 4 adults staying in the home for an extended girls’ weekend. Very clean home, comfortable furnishings, nice amenities to make us feel comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Hosts were so friendly, and great with communication with a couple tiny issues we had. If we had young children the backyard would be great as it was fenced in and had a nice play area. Literally the only downside was that the house is located on a busy street so I could not go out the front door and take a neighborhood walk. But I knew that when I made the reservation so I was not disappointed in the location. Plus side to this is that it is centrally located to see many Denver area sights. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Michelle was so easy to work with and always accessible. This home is lovely, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. The backyard is wonderful, too! While the home is near perfect, it's located on a very busy street and occasionally traffic noise was loud. Despite the busy area, we never felt unsafe. We would stay again, for sure!

This property was very clean and well-appointed. It suited our needs for a location that allowed us to be close to Denver sites and activities and proved to be a great base for our travels. The owner was immediately responsive when we had questions and provided clear information to make our stay very enjoyable. The location is off a busy street but noise was not a problem and it also allowed us to access main roads to be able to get to locations around Denver as efficiently as possible.

We loved this house. It was exactly as advertised. It was clean and very cute. Easy access to everything we had planned for the weekend. The fire pit in the back is great! Every room is comfortable! I'm hoping we can stay here again for future visits!

Everything is exactly as described. The hosts are very responsive. Location is definitely in a transitional neighborhood and noise from the street can be loud at times but that didn’t bother us. Beds we’re comfortable. Ideal location to many things since we had a car but taking an Uber or Lyft would have been ok too. I would recommend this home for a Denver visit.

Inside was good and spacious; had all the bare essentials. Disappointed that there is not recycling and the trash was overflowing outside. Owners came to pick up some when notified. Challenging neighborhood-had to ask homeless person doing drugs on property to move on, condemned house next door, and on a walk had a person flashing their switchblade. Of course this is not the owners fault but would have preferred a gate. Area around the house going through renovation. Also, motion lights go on frequently at night. Beautiful to walk around Sloans Lake! Backyard was big.and nice but we didn’t utilize due to weather.

The house itself is nice; however, the location is questionable with several people camped out by the front fence at night and a lot of foot traffic. Not to mention, the noise from the street is truly loud.

This was our first visit to the city and we had no idea what to expect. First off the house was great. Its very clean with a huge front parking area. The backyard is massive and well taken care of. The house had everything we needed and some. Rooms were nice enough and beds good. The traffic and street out front are busy, but we had no problems getting in or out. We were a 20 minute drive to the red rocks ( saw deadmau5 ) amazing. 15 minutes to downtown and Meow Wolf also amazing. Make sure to check out the RiNo art district, rent scooters and see all the great murals. We will be staying here when we come back in 2023. Thanks!!!

We truly enjoyed our 4 night getaway staying here. It accommodated all 8 of us very well with very comfortable beds and televisions in all 3 bedrooms. The living room was very spacious with a huge sectional that fit everyone nicely. The backyard was the main place where we could all gather around the fire pit and enjoy a nice family evening. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. We are looking forward to booking here again in the future.

We had a great stay at this house! Very clean, had everything we needed for a fun weekend and was a perfect location to get to downtown Denver and to get to Red Rocks, Golden as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Denver, and would stay again if we get the chance!

We had a really nice time in this Vrbo. All of my friends and I enjoyed it. There were plenty of places to sleep and the kitchen was updated and easy to use. The backyard was our favorite part. It had a great grill and fireplace for us to have a relaxing evening. Will be staying here again if we are in Denver!

This is a super nice and clean house! The street is four lanes and busy, so traffic makes it a little hard to get in and out at times. It is very easy to get to from major highways, and close to downtown, Mile High stadium, the National Western complex, the Zoo, and museum and more! This is a great place to stay!

This was a great spot close to downtown. It’s on a really busy street but we appreciated the wide, enclosed entrance with plenty of parking and space to turn around. We had an issue with a toilet but the host was responsive & fixed right away. We unfortunately had a large group scheduled and the majority of the group couldn’t make it due to COVID & I wish I would’ve asked more questions initially on the cancellation or rescheduling policy since these are the times we’re in. That’s my only word of caution; however, the place itself was great.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, however there were a few shortcomings. The two biggest things were the accuracy of on-line photos of the Main bedroom and bath. Photo showed a picture of a closet, however it was locked. We could not hang up any shirts, pants or dresses. Secondly, there was a picture of the main bath(highlighting the separate large bath) but not the shower. It was a small box, worse than a gym shower. The traffic noise was very loud and started at 5:30 AM on weekdays, of which there were 5. These items lowered our overall experience.
