The single room was small, but perfectly comfortable, very clean and neat - perfect for a 2 night/ weekend stay, with everything you need, even a hairdryer and laundry machine. The neighbourhood was quiet, and it is within walking distance of the lovely Piazza dei Cavalli and the town centre. The area seemed very safe. It was so easy to arrange the check-in/-out as well.
One thing to note was that the rooms are not super soundproof, but it was not too disturbing. There is also only one small window in the room, and my personal preference is to have a lot of light and air in the room.

Closeness to centre and via Francigena and proactive and friendly host
I was disappointed with small single room which had one tiny window and single bed and was stuffy and hot. Fan just pushed around hot air

A huge room, very clean, comfy bed
i thought i was getting a room with kitchen alone not as a part of a flat rented to other people.
i took the room for 10 nights.
on the t
7th night i asked to make the stay short, they didn't have any flexibility. i was really feeling disappointment about it
