We pride ourselves in providing a spotless environment for our guests. We will continue to clean using our regular procedures and check lists. New Protocol: However, in light of COVID-19 we have instituted a rigorous sanitization and disinfection protocol beyond just cleaning. We are following the guidelines from the Centers For Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) and the Health Department of San Luis Obispo County. We will disinfect all surfaces (e.g. tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, handles, desks, toilets, sinks, appliances, cookware, faucets, clothes hangers, furniture and beds). Products: We only use sanitizing and disinfecting products recommended by the CDC. Added Precautions: During this time we will be removing many items from the Cottage for our guests’ protection like: extra soft decorative pillows and extra lap robes. In addition, all the extra sets of dishes, glassware, table linens and kitchen utensils will be stored until they can be safely returned. There will be plenty of available cookware and utensils to enjoy fine meals. The DVDs, books and game collections have be stored temporarily, but are available upon request.
