My condo has qualified and been awarded the Prestige Property Winner and a Premier Partner status for VRBO many years in a row. We continue to book our unit more than expected. That's what happens when you have the nicest unit in the best Oceanfront complex at the best rate. Please note that during the week of July 4th and during the Concours car show (Normally the first weekend in March), we are limited to only one parking pass per unit. Our 3bd/3ba ‘oceanfront condo’ located in the Ocean Place Resort located next to the Ritz-Carlton in Amelia Island, Florida. My condo is one of Amelia Island's & Summer Beach's OCEANFRONT luxury condos available for rent. It is in the GATED OCEAN PLACE RESORT CONDOS. Our spacious (1995 sq. feet) 6th floor condo is decorated and flows just like a home ~ to ensure that you feel comfortable during your vacation, and at the same time get that ‘I’m in a luxurious resort’ feeling! The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, large bathroom with double vanities and it’s own access to the balcony. One of the secondary bedrooms offers a king-sized bed and its own bathroom. The third bedroom offer a queen-sized bed and a set of twin bunks with it’s own bathroom. Our condo sits in the north corner of Ocean Place Resort, so it is filled with amazing ocean views: from the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the breakfast area, as well as the master bedroom. Our over-sized balcony overlooks the Ritz Carlton’s garden area and Amelia Islands gorgeous beach and ocean views. We offer SMART T.V.'s in each bedroom and the living room. Our condo includes comfortable towels and our sheets are high quality, so you will rest easy! The kitchen is fully stocked with any of your cooking needs and is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, a normal drip coffee pot, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. We can add a Porta-Crib and high-chair ~ upon request. The Ocean Place Resort includes 2 pool and deck areas, 2 private-elevated boardwalks to the beach and access to walking and biking pathways. There are multiple golf courses and a tennis facility close by, as well. We try our best to keep beach chairs & umbrellas, small beach toys and other ‘beachy/pooly’ fun items in our condo’s storage closet for you to enjoy! As our guest you can take advantage of the restaurants, shopping or spa at the Ritz and even golf at a discounted rate at the Golf Club of Amelia Island. I’m happy to be directly available for any and all needs you have during your stay. My goal is to provide quick-action and attention to you ~ so our cleaners, ‘handy’ mans, and other contractors are readily available, as they live on the island in case you need them. We hope that you will feel valued and appreciated throughout your stay, and to ensure that you get the best experience, you will connect directly with me~ you have my cell phone number to call for anything-even recommendations or directions throughout your vacation. We had so much fun and the accommodations were great. Everything was extremely comfortable and quality. The location was great and the amenities were wonderful. All the items provided for the beach were so convenient and helpful. The only issues were the guest room toilet where the chain kept falling off the lever, the rooms got much hotter than the main living space but was helpful that a box fan was provided for one room and also the tvs were missing the controller to control using the smart tv features like Disney+, Netflix, AirPlay etc. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was clean and well appointed. It’s quite a walk down to the beach so go down prepared because it is a haul to go back and forth. Take a packed cooler and whatever else you need. No tables or umbrellas at the pool so we didn’t spend much time there. We had a great family trip overall

Wonderful girls weekend in Amelia Island. The condo is perfect and the patio/balcony and view are tremendous. We loved the pool on-site and that we could easily walk to the Ritz. Walking the beach was truly a highlight of our days! We definitely will return. Thank you so much!

Our stay at this property was outstanding for Spring Break with our young family. You cannot beat the location from the Ritz and steps away to the beach. It had everything we needed from a crib for our toddler to beach chairs and towels. The weather was great the last week of March and not too crowded. We will be back soon!

This beautiful condo was just perfect for our crew of 7, had everything one could possibly need and conveniently located to everywhere we needed to be. Beds are super comfortable. The games & playing cards were great to keep 3 teenagers busy while the weather wasn’t cooperative.

My husband and I stayed at Michelle’s condo this week and we felt like we had walked into an upscale hotel suite when we arrived. Everything was meticulously clean, high-end, and perfectly appointed. We’ve stayed in many rental apartments all over the world but never one that quite felt so upscale, so luxurious, and so comfortable. The quality of the bedding, the curtains, the furniture - it was all top-notch. And of course you can’t go wrong with the gorgeous balcony for those morning sunrises, and the perfect location just steps from the beach. We will be back!!

Great rental condo - plenty of space, clean, ocean front, fantastic views from a high floor, convenient to restaurants and groceries, etc. Condo was well appointed with easy check-in process. Owner communication was excellent. Highly recommend.
