Located in Mammoth Lakes, this lovely house for $1,544 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This elegant extra large home is a mountain lodge getaway. 4 Bedrooms + den + loft , 3.5 bath, pool table, private spa with an impeccable designer interior and gorgeous views. Sitting on the golf course, the 3000+ sq. feet semi detached home highlights spacious living with 2 primary suites, gas fireplace, views galore, sleeping for 12. Location is everything, you are 2 minutes to Eagle Lodge, Village or town. This is best in class in Mammoth for 5 star rentals. This mountain home is tri-level home. Walk in and experience 24 ft. high vaulted ceilings, furnished with Stickley Mission and Amish built furniture, with Pendleton mountain fabrics. The deck off the dining room overlooks the golf course. Views are at every window. The kitchen features GE stainless steel appliances, 2 coffee makers (bring your k-cups and coffee beans), microwave, wine fridge, and cooking gear. You like martinis, wine, Irish coffee, beer or a mule? You'll find all the glassware to serve in style. The deck has a BBQ for summer use. The living room has a 75" Smart TV, with high speed internet, the streaming prime channels, and a Blue-Ray player for movie night. The sofa is overstuffed for comfort, you’ll never want to get up out of the feather stuffed Pendleton chairs, and the 2 leather recliners create the conversation circle. There is a desk for laptops. The 1/2 bathroom is on this level. Upstairs is the primary suite. With a Cal King Bed, 60" Smart TV, walk in closets and a full size window seat that overlooks more views of the area. The ensuite bathroom has double sinks, a soaking tub and a separate large shower for 2. The loft is on this level. It has a Brunswick pool table, plenty of cues and balls to play the favorites. The pool table is surrounded by sofas for a great family game, and there are 2 twin daybeds here. Downstairs on the first level is the den with a 75" Smart TV. The deck on this level has the private spa. It will be hot and ready for your arrival. It overlooks the golf course. The sofa in the den makes into a Queen bed. The 2nd bedroom is on this level. It has a Cal King bed, ( bigger than King), 60" Smart TV, and a full ensuite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is on this level with a Queen bed and 50" Smart TV and shares a full bathroom with Bedroom 4 which has 2 Twin beds and another 50" Smart TV. There are 6 TVs in this home. The room without a TV is the laundry room but it has a full size washer and dryer and a boot dryer instead! Bed Layout Primary Bedroom = Cal King bed, TV, Ensuite Bath Bedroom #2 = Cal King bed, TV, Ensuite Bath Bedroom #3 = Queen, TV, shared bath Bedroom #4= 2 Twins, TV, shared bath Den = Queen Sleeper Sofa, TV Loft = 2 Twins Maximum Occupancy 12 4 car parking = 2 cars in the garage 6'10" door height, and 2 cars in the driveway. No boats, trailers or RVs are allowed in this private area. The home has forced air zone heating, automatic humidifying. This home does not have air conditioning. Pets are not allowed. We also represent “Modern Mountain Chic Townhome” which is a smaller pet friendly townhome that can sleep up to 10. Check it out. Minimum night stays 3 nights 4 nights for 4th of July, Bluesapalooza (you can walk), Presidents' Holidays 5 nights for Christmas / New Year’s holiday weeks There are no check-in or check out on 12/25 or Thanksgiving Day. Check in Time is 4:00 PM and Check-out is 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late check out may be available. This home has keyless entry. Before dispatch of key codes and upon booking, our rental agreement must be signed and returned. This is a quiet and tranquil neighborhood. No Pets. No Parties. No Exceptions. This residence meets all guidelines for the Mammoth Quality of Life guidelines.

Overall a beautiful house and location in Mammoth. Our family was very pleased with the layout of the house and the location. We especially enjoyed the pool table. Since the house is rather large, we enjoyed the ability to spread out or spend time together as needed.

Booked this house for our immediate family, our 2 sons, their wives and two sets of twins. The house fit all 10 of us perfectly, was clean and well equipped as we’re a foodie fam. Bus pickup for skiing/snowboarding was right at the corner. Had to shovel out the hot tub due to huge amounts of snow but that made the experience even better, kinda like a hot tub igloo.

Family vacation
I felt the house was overall ok, nothing wrong in particular. The grill was very dirty and we couldn't even use it. Hot tub was ok, but too small for the size of the home. Loved the location.

Easy check-in. Comfy beds. Large space - roomy living, dining, and kitchen space. Loved the small deck with barbecue. We thought it might be loud being so close to main road and golf course, but it wasn’t at all. Convenient to Mammoth attractions and to the grocery store. This is a great property for accessing everything in Mammoth. We were there for 4 nights with 2 families with kids and had a great time. Only issue we had was the first day was unseasonably hot and the unit does not have AC. We didn’t realize the unit didn’t have A,C when we booked, but that was on us for not reading the listing more closely.
Overall, I highly recommend this place and Jefferson the concierge was fantastic. A real ambassador for the area and very responsive and attentive to our needs.

Ultimately things worked out and Jefferson walked us through the process to get checked in without any issues. Would have been 4.8 over all, Patio needed cleaning after we arrived
Had a very relaxing time, close to everything, you do get a lot of traffic noise as most all windows open towards the golf course and road, Jefferson was great, so was Ben

The place was big enough for my large family.they loved having a TV in very bedroom, the sauna , the balcony was so relaxing. We had everything we needed. This place is beautifully decorated, the beds were so comfortable. The owner responded quickly to all my questions . We all hope to be back again. We loved it 👍

We had a great Thanksgiving with our entire family in this house. Everything was great. We had a few problems with the heater but the property management, Ben was great and quick to fix anything. We will definitely be back.
