Located in Faubourg Marigny, this charming house for $2,503 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Summary: Maison Grace is an adaptive reuse transformation of a mid century warehouse in the neighborhood of the Faubourg Marigny, New Orleans. The building features soaring roof line ceilings, exposed steel trusses and walls of energy efficient glass. The one-time 6200 square foot commercial warehouse has been repurposed to accommodate group travel, business retreats, staycations and more. The Space: The space was completely renovated in 2019 leaving the original warehouse materials intact. A few upgrades include Nest Thermostats, keyless locks, 82-inch 4K TV in the main room is perfect for everything from watching the game to giving presentations. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 10-foot kitchen island and matching dining table, both constructed on site from local reclaimed heart pine. The property backs up to a residential neighborhood. In addition to the modern design, it features a large backyard with a crystal-clear pool, privacy fence, turf, & a BBQ grill. Spend some time on our rooftop deck overlooking the neighborhood. We also have Off street parking for 2 cars. More Perks: -A coffee bar is located just off the main hall, equipped with a hot and cold filtered water station, a blender, toaster, & Keurig Duo coffee maker with coffee, cream & sugar to get you started. -A washer & dryer closet is available in the den (look for the folding door beside the piano). Some laundry detergent, an iron & board are provided. -Shampoo, conditioner, & body wash are provided. As well as a hair dryer, cotton rounds and Qtips. -Each bedroom and the living room has a Roku TV with Netflix and HD antenna for live local channels. -Memory foam mattresses are in each bedroom with most having desks or workspaces. UPSTAIRS: Access stairs are through a door in the kitchen, located to the right of the refrigerator. Once upstairs there is a shared area to relax in. You will see stairs that lead to the roof top deck with seating. If you are going to hang out up there just, please be respectful of my neighbors especially if it is late. Street Car access at St Claude just 2 blocks away. Lyft/Uber/Cab always convenient. Looks exactly like the listing.
We were three generations of a family totalling 11 people. Everyone had their own space including a choice of several sitting areas. Don’t want to watch football? Go to a different TV room! Plenty of space to hang out all together, in small groups, or alone.
Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, well stocked with shampoo etc. The location was great for walking and the host was always available and responded quickly.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Maison Grace to my family or friends. You won’t be disappointed!

One of the best properties we have ever rented! The house is gorgeous and perfect for the distribution of families and adults we had--we loved the modern, industrial, yet rustic feel. The upstairs area was great for the younger folks, and the downstairs area was wonderful for the "older" folks. We loved the open floor plan, and the kitchen has two refrigerators. I would like to note that the outside of the building is quite oridinary, and I'm only mentioning this so people won't misgudge the property if they decide to look it up. Believe me, it is an amazing place! Once you step inside, you'll be blown away. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we have nothing but positive things to say!!

Eighteen of us arrived on a Friday afternoon in December, 2023, and departed on Monday morning.
Except for self catered continental breakfasts, we ate out for all meals.
The Maison is perfect for gathering in large or small groups throughout the building and outside by the pool.
All participants were highly positive about all aspects of the Maison and agreed that is was a very comfortable, quiet and well appointed place to stay.
We rented two minivans and did not require on street parking because of the two spaces next door. For those who used UBER or LYFT, we never waited more than five minutes for arrival.
Our contact, Trevor, was excellent in all respects.
All in all, a five star experience!

Our group of 13, representing 3 generations, had a wonderful time at the VRBO. We were all able to find bedrooms that suited us. There were suitable spaces for different groups to gather, chat, take a work call, watch TV, work a jigsaw puzzle and play card games. The kitchen was adequate for the chefs in the group to cook a delicious dinner for all of us, and to heat up a Thanksgiving feast supplied by Whole Foods. The two kids in the group loved the pool and the outdoor space, and the adults could easily keep an eye on them while enjoying the indoor spaces. The property manager was very prompt in responding to our few inquiries during our stay.

We rented this location for a work meeting. Each of the 9 work colleagues had his/her own room and bathroom (although please note, not every bedroom has its own bathroom) and there was a nice large common area for meetings. Communication with the owner was great and I can definitely recommend the Maison Grace to others.

We stayed at this beautiful property for a couples trip. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of space for everyone! Communication with the host was great. Responses to my questions were answered promptly. I will definitely book this house again!

This property was a gem! The check in / out process was smooth and the house was beautiful. The location was just as good - a few short blocks from Frenchmen street and plenty of great cafes, restaurants, and bookstores nearby. I had a large group (18 adults) and there was plenty of space (10 Bedrooms / 9.5 Baths) so everyone was very comfortable. The hosts even recommended a chef for my birthday brunch (chef st erik) and everyone raved about the food. I would definitely recommend staying here if you have a large group and I will 100% be back!

This was the perfect location for a small business retreat. Everyone had space and privacy. The common room had plenty of space for us to meet and talk. The house was close to a great little lunch place and Frenchman street.

Came with a large group of Dads for JazzFest and loved everything about the house. The location was awesome and just 3 blocks from all the music on Frenchman street.
All of the rooms were comfortable with nice beds, the pool in the backyard was perfect when it got too hot. Communication with the property manager was seamless and very helpful. It was everything we hoped for and we hope to come back for JazzFest again next year.

A beautiful property easy to get to and easy walking to everything. Unfortunately it was not clean when we arrived. And we kept finding more and more 'dirty' surprises. And the pots and pans?? Yuck! The BBQ was disgusting, rusted, molding and completely unusable. There we no napkins and no extra paper towels. Stains on rugs and hair in the bed. Missing toilet paper holders and so many other issues. Not every bathroom had a blow dryer. The property manager needs to do a thorough cleaning and quality check the property. If they did that, this would be a spectacular place.

We came here to celebrate two 40ths birthdays, and could not have asked for a better home base. Wonderful home, wonderful location - a lot within walking, including a great grocery store and Frenchman's Street. This was great and we can't wait to come back!

The place is spacious and fun. It was clean and unique and the beds were comfortable. We were very close to Frenchman Street and it was easy walking distance. The neighborhood feels a little rough but we didn’t have any problems. Close to all the fun in New Orleans.

Great property close to French Quarter, River Front and Jackson Square. Walking distance to excellent grocery (Robert Fresh Market), quiet bar (Peter and Paul) and cafes and lunch places. Good off-street parking. Courtyard with pool and seating is awesome and beautiful backdrop to living room, dining room kitchen.

This property is great for large groups of 15+ the open concept and the 10 bedrooms and 9.5 baths make it great for large families or groups. It was a little unseasonably cool so we did not get to use the pool as we had hoped. A wonderful stay and location to Frenchman St and Bourbon St. I highly recommend.

We have a group of old friends who travel together and book large properties all over the states for different trips. This is my favorite property EVER. SO SO well appointed and every bedroom is comfortable. The landscaping is gorgeous and very private. Craig, the property manager was so responsive and easy. This is such a quick walk to nightlife of Frenchmen St and the Quarter. The cafe and bar across the street at Peter and Paul is exquisite and we loved nearly St Roch market too. Definitely booking again.

This was a family vacation and everyone loved it! They asked if we could book it again for next year. I gave the property manager communications a 5 star only because that was the highest I could give him. He was a fantastic host. Before our arrival I asked if there was a crib or "pack n play" available. He went out and bought one and it was there upon our arrival.

We had a fantastic time at this property. It was clean, in a great spot, and there was more than enough room for the 5 families that stayed. The kids loved the pool, and the parents loved the convenience to the French Quarter. We also loved the short walk to the nearby grocery store (fantastic) which made it so easy to grab what we needed.

We could not have loved the place more. It has so much room! We had a group of 17 and it was perfect! The swimming pool was nice to have in the New Orleans heat. It was exactly as advertised. I would definitely recommend!

There is also great gathering/living space both indoors and outdoors. The property was very clean with the exception of the rooftop deck which the cleaning crew forgot to clean.

It is across the street from a great little restaurant. It is also extremely walkable to the French Quarter. We all felt safe walking there. One of the bathrooms was out of order which was somewhat problematic for us. But I'll give them a pass on that as it was Christmas weekend. Craig was very responsive when the front key pad stopped working. Some of the outdoor cushions were a little moldy as well. But overall this is nit-picking. It's a tremendous property in a great location and we all would welcome the chance to stay there again.

This place was absolutely perfect for our group! Nice spacious shared spaces, great amenities, and perfect large dining area to have our meals. Craig was so quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. The rooms are all so adorable. Backyard and pool are beautiful - great place to lounge. Top notch find in NOLA. Highly recommend!!
