*TEMPLE Review* You may see reviews for another apartment on Rue du Rivoli under this listing. This is a review for the apartment on Rue du Temple. The apartment was perfect for us and felt huge after staying in a hotel room. Our two kids were able to have separate beds (one behind curtains and one pull-out couch) and my wife and I had a bit of privacy in the bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week including a washer/dryer, range, microwave, refrigerator, and dish washer. The table for meals is large enough to seat 6 comfortably and possibly more. The bathroom is spacious. The apartment has a nice view of an interior courtyard from 4 large windows, and is very quiet. There is a nice bakery across the street. It's within a few minutes walk to a couple metro stops, Enfants Rouges, cafes, a grocery store, and a small park. Even though we were out very late a few times, including on Bastille Day, we never felt concerned for our safety in this neighborhood. You have to pass through a door and two gates, then go to the top floor, where the owner has the only other apartment on the floor, so it feels very secure. Thierry and Andrea were both easy to communicate with for the booking and questions about how to operate things in the apartment.

The neighborhood was so cute. Quiet building! Loved the bistros that were around it. The little tea shop around the corner was amazing! We spent a day at the end of our visit exploring the neighborhood - wish we had done that earlier! The oldest outdoor market (Enfants Rouge) in Paris is a few blocks away! Don’t miss going there!!!

I really enjoyed my stay and the apartment was exactly as listed. I loved the big windows looking out over the courtyard and the extra space that is not found in most places in central Paris. The unit had everything I needed and loved how quiet the it was. It was only a few blocks to the nearest metro station, but I walked usually.

This is a lovely, large apartment in a fairly quiet neighborhood. It is close to most places we wanted to visit and very walkable. The apartment’s kitchen is well appointed. The manager, who lives next door, was very nice and helpful with good recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. The owner was so helpful, we can't thank him enough. The flat was more than adequate for our team of 4. The check in and out communication was first class. Close to everything, cafes, metro, grocery stores, bars etc. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything with entry was easy, the owner met us with keys upon arrival. The location is perfect, a 7 minute walk from Republique metro stop. The boulangerie on the corner is excellent. The apartment is comfortable.

It was large and comfortable, in the center of the Marais surrounded with good bistros, grocery etc. The owner was charming and helpful. We would stay again.

The host was very kind and his family lived next door, so if anything were to come up you could always reach out. Also the gate was extremely secure, there were 3 locked gates before you enter the apartment. The apartment is located on the too floor with an elevator! The wifi was a bit spotty and our calls from work dropped but overall it was a spacious apartment with two beds!

Wonderful apartment, neighborhood and a great host. We loved this apartment for our two week vacation in Paris. The neighborhood was centrally located and easy to navigate to the metro and many great restaurants. The beds were super comfortable and we really appreciated having a washer and a nice kitchen. Our host was wonderful and very attentive and accommodating. He even brought us flat sheets Which I’m sure are not common in France. Overall it was just a wonderful place.

Andrea was very helpful in giving us tips to enjoy our visit to Paris. There were 3 of us, and the place was quite comfortable and had everything we needed. Our one regret was the unfortunate hot weather for which we can blame climate change.

Checking in was easy with the directions we received and Andrea was there to meet us and answer all of our questions. I highly recommend it!

We love Paris especially in the spring. Staying at this apartment was the icing on the cake. The apartment was clean, equipped with everything we needed and close to the metros, and wonderful cafes. An added bonus was a patisserie right across the street. We would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.

It was incredibly bright with 4 large floor to ceiling windows that opened to give an open airy feel to the entire space. The apartment was absolutely huge by Paris standards and very comfortable by any standard. The bed is amazingly comfortable! The peace and quiet of the space is to be mentioned as well. We stayed as a couple and found it perfect. It is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, tea kettle, coffee maker, iron, hairdryer, television and very good internet service. The location is unbeatable. It's a short walk to anything you need and with the subway no more than a five minute (more like 3 mins. to the nearest one) walk you can be anywhere in Paris in no time. Working with Andrea and Thierry was as easy as it gets. To be honest I'm reluctant to post such a positive review for fear that this apartment will be difficult to procure in the future lol. Do it!, you won't be disappointed.

We really enjoyed staying in a Paris neighborhood instead of the touristy parts of town. Easy walk to 2 subways, nice cafes around the corners. Great market "Les Enfants Rouge" for purchasing food or getting a meal from different food styles. Apartment is clean and really roomy!! Full kitchen for those who want it. Would stay there again.

The location, close to Marais and Republique Metro, made getting around the city simple. The neighborhood has an abundance of restaurants and markets. The apartment is quiet and comfortable, plus the owner is next door for any questions.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Clean, quiet, and comfortable and the location was perfect! I recommend!

The space is older but for Paris the apartment size and location cannot be beat. We loved the floor to ceiling windows, large bathroom and comfy beds. All amenities are available in apartment, additionally there is a great bakery across the street, access to grocery store and a locals cafe on the corner. The owner lives next door and is incredibly helpful if you need anything day or night. Would love to stay again soon!
